Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Ok so any suggestions for how I did today would be EXTREMELY appreciated. Breakfast-honeydew w/ dry Kashi cereal. Lunch-1/2 wheat tortilla w/ 2 slices of turkey. Dinner-small piece of salmon, 1/2 baked potato w/ 1/4 cup of fat free mozzerrella and no calorie spray butter. Snacks-special k bar, honeydew, cottage cheese, homemade smoothie. Exercise-walked around the mall for 4 hours!, 30 min. of exercise bike, 100 sit-ups. Was that enough exercise? I feel like it wasn't a lot. Tips, criticism, comments, anything wouyld be great thanks!!!ps. Do you weigh a little more after you eat?

In my opinion, you did great! :D 4 hours of walking is definitely awesome.

And, yes, you do weigh more after eating. I've always heard that it is best to weigh yourself in the morning before eating anything. ;)
