Ht. 5'8", Start: 290 lb, Today: 310 lb, Goal: 170 lb - So today has gone great. I have also changed my sleeping habbits. I used to stay up until 2:00 am and sleep until 2:00 pm. But I dont do that anymore. I woke up at 7:00 this morning and me and my brother went for a jog around the neighborhood. Its easier to exercise when its not so hot out. We go home and for breakfast I had a bowl of Special K cerial, a Yogert and a Bannanna. Since then Me and my brother went to some tennis courts and played tennis for a while, there was a pool near by so we went swimming and now I just got home and had to tell you all about it. I feel great. Believe it or not, I do feel like my stomach has shrunk a little. I dont know how much i've lost yet, I check after dinner every night so i'm excited to see.

Since I posted my last entry this morning,and after reading your responses, for the first time ever I had a serious talk with my parents about losing weight. My mom and dad said they were proud of my desision. My mom and I went to the grocery store and picked out some healthy foods that the entire family is going to start eating with me, my brother included. We threw out all the junk food in the house and then the entire family went on an hour long bike ride around the neighborhood. When we got home, my 14 year old brother helped me use his weight set and we did that for about an hour. For dinner my mom cooked some pretty good food. I tried so hard but I get to hungry and then eat junk food. I cant stop its so addicting. So I guess the only thing left to do is waste my summer locked in my room doing nothing but playing video games and eating. Im to embarrest to go out in public I feel like everyone is laughing at me.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - okay today i didnt eat anything i just had a couple of glasses of juice. Im going to juice fast for three days just to kick start my weight loss. I know its not supposed to be healthy to not consume barely any calories but its not as if im totally starving myself. Ive looked it up on the internet and juice fasting is fine to do for a few days.hope everyone did well today!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I read about something called "Turbo Jam". Its supposed to work amazing, you burn up to 1000 calories per workout. You also lose 10 pounds in 10 days or your money back. Im not sure if it really works or not though...

Ht. 5'5", Start: 200 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 136 lb - Heya guys! was looking over all your plans for dieting this summer and stuff,they all seem great except it seems like a lot of you are doing too much tooo soon.Those plans arent that easy to stick to,what i've found for me is doing a little at a time ,like i used to eat 4 big candy bars but when i started dieting i would eat one less candy bar a week until now when i eat my 1 bar a week after i've done a big workout sesion.^^
I also found with excersise it was easy to build up the amount i did little by little and adding more and more as you go along .I used to only do 10 mins on the excerise bike now i can do 30 and other cardio too.Also i found that doing differnt excersises each day helps a lot tooo ,running is great because its free.
If you stick to your diet long enough you mite be able to buy a differnt piece of excerise equipment like a stepper or tramploline which are really fun :).
