Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is my plan for the next week.Monday's Wednesday's, and Friday's do soccer for 40 min, then do 10 min pilates, For Tuesday's Thursday's Saturday's and Sunday's I'm gonna do 30 min soccer, and 30 min Taebo. Unless I mess up. i'm have to lose at least 20 pounds by time school starts up. I ate so bad today. I'm on my peroid so I binged today. Well 2 morrow is a day I hope I do better. You may remember me, I was the kid that wants to join the swim team and I thought I was 290 pounds a week ago, but I weighed myself today, first time since then and I've gained 13 pounds. I know it might seem hard to believe but this was the first week of summer vacation and me and my 14 year old brother spent the week at my grandparents house. And we ate tons of food. I dont get it though, my brother never gains weight he is as skinny as a rail and sometimes he eats more than me. I could eat a cookie and gain a pound. My parents commented that I looked like I put on alot of weight since last week and I can tell too obviously by the scale and the fact that my pants are tighter.I need help fast nothing is working. I dont think I want to join the swim team anymore. I think it will be impossible to lose 130 pounds in 2 months. Also how do I get people to stop making fun of me. My brother invited some friends over and they lifted up my shirt and started poking and patting my gut. What should I do. Thanks.
