Ht. 5'0", Start: 130 lb, Today: 123 lb, Goal: 105 lb - yeah! i'm soooo excited, yesterday, i weighed 127 and now i'm 123!!!!! I had a softball game, and we lost and we all played really crappy, but i must have been working hard in order to loose all that weight!!! I'm sooo excited

Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hi.. my name's Anna and I just found this website. It looks like it will help me a lot. I have problems with two things. The first is that I'm addicted to pop. If I don't have at least one a day, I get migranes.. I'm trying to quit this summer. It isn't working so far.. instead I've been having two to three pops a day... my dad's a farmer and he also works midnight shift at Chrysler [we live by the Motor City] so there's always the pop avaliable at my house [he has to drink 5-6 pops a night at work to keep himself awake even after working midnight shift for 13 years]. Secondly, most of my friends are cheerleaders, and therefore, really almost anorexic looking skinny. I always look at them and wonder why I am the size I am and they are like that. It really discourages me. I hope that I can get support from people on here and lose some weight. ~Anna xoxo

Today I worked out 50 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes riding my bike and 20 minutes on a stationary bike!! I burnt 700+ calories!!!!!!! Today I ate 4 pieces of rubarb bread, a bowl of caption crunch, a banana and a salad:) How did I do???

I just found this website. It looks like it might help me with my weight loss. My biggest problem is eating. Today I had a bologna and cheese sandwhich and some gum; so mcuh for being healthy.....hopefully I'll eat better the rest of today.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Boca Burgers on a low calorie but with a low fat/fat free slice of cheese are really good. Just remember to season them up a little and add a veggy on the side.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I"m happy today I made it through an 8 mile hike/walk. I'm really proud but my feet hurt. I also ate uber good today. Yay for Boca Burgers 100 calories per patty and so much less fat than real Hamburgers.

cereal with skim milk, 80 cal yogurt, grapes, a slice of turkey, then i just had dinner...little bit of roast beef, carrots, salad, a few chunks of potatoes-in a crock pot, no butter or anything like that, and a slice of bread w/ a little low fat butter or it coulda been margarine and i drank water throughout the day. o and i ate a small brownie which i know wasnt good...and i had a little reduced fat pb...
i didnt really have any real lunch but thats only b/c i woke up late so my breakfast was more lunch time
but u think i did ok?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 185 lb - I have a few questions about exercising. First, do you get different results from situps and crunches? I plan on starting tomorrow to do 100 of each, but if there's not a difference then I won't do both. Like what muscles they work, etc. Also, when on a treadmill. Does it matter if you hold onto the rail things? Thanks in advance.

Right now I'm dealin with a lot of stress and it seems to be hittin me in every way. Mentally, emotionally and of course physically.
