Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I don't understand I gained another pound and I workout hard and eat enough calories what am i doing wrong yesterday I had about 1,400 calories and today I had about 1,300 calories. I had 60 min of exercse yesterday and I went shopping for like 4 hours today. I don't under stand somebody help

Ht. 5'6", Start: 200 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 135 lb - i keep eating really bad and letting myself down , its like i dont think about it until after im done eating .. im so sick of food. i eat so much. i wish i didnt like it so much.
and i havent exercised in forever. well i had volleyball today for 2 hours but i dont really count that cause idk it doesnt really feel like a workout plus i ate arbys afterwards . sodfjijdfsjidf IVE BEEN TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT SINCE I WAS IN 5th GRADE AND I JUST WANT THIS OVER WITH , I REALLY DONT REMEMBER A TIME WHERE I WASNT WORRIED ABOUT MY WEIGHT. i hate this so much.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 145 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - eating wasn't so great this weekend but i got in a lot of exercise. my goal for the summer is to lose 15 lbs and tone my abs so i can impress everyone when i go back to school. ;] i can't wait until i go shopping and my stomach doesnt bulge out in everything i try on. and it would be awesome to borrow my friends' clothes! Are some of you guys like me in the fact that all your friends are twigs? One of my friends was actually complaining the other day about going from a size 0 to a 2!

Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Ugh, last week I barely exercised, & now I'm paying for it. I havent weighted myself, too afriad haha. But I feel bigger. I didnt think going without exercise for a few days would effect it so much. I exercised some, maybe 2 days. But I was under stress & I was so tired all the time & sick feeling so I wasnt up to it. Back on track next week! Just 2 more weeks of school! Then my summer goal: 20-25 lbs gone!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 170 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 120 lb - help, i can't stop the cravings, usually i just give up and eat the way i used to last year. as a result, i've gained about 10 lbs in the last 3 months. Last year i looked pretty good in my bikini and want to look just as good, or eve better before i go to the beach next month. Ht. 5'4", Start: 285 lb, Today: 265 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Well another 6 pounds gone!! I'm Glad I finally got back on the wagon becuz I fall off for a long time. I cut out all sweets and juices becuz the calories add up way to quick for me. I Havent binged in 4 days and I think it has alot to do wit me praying. My Thing is...If i can do it once I can do it again and again. Good Luck to everyone!!
