Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I have lost another pound 7 pounds gone in two weeks. 25 total pounds gone. 5 more to go for 30 pounds. I hope to lose 20 more pounds by the vacation time which is August 13. Anyone want to join for a little challenge. You have to be outside or inside doing some kind of cardio for 30 min strait or as long as you go.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - wow! i ran 1 mile in the morning. biked 4 miles in the afternoon then i bike 6 or 7 miles in the evening! i only ate at meals 2day... pretty good i think. i ate pretty well 2. :D

FOOD- breakfast-pear, 1 piece wholemeal toast w/ butter and vegemite ... snack- watermelon, special K bar ... lunch- ham sandwhich on wholemeal ... snack- 2 rice cakes w/ butter and vegemite, 10 almonds ...dinner- lean cusine chicken rissoto ... dessert- banana, tea TOTAL CALORIES- 1215 ....... EXERCISE- 20min treadmill, 30min eliptical, 10min rower, 30min stepper .. TOTAL- 90mins ...... i think i did good wat do u's think???? ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - It's getting hot so it's beginning to get even harder to avoid ice cream. I put a little ice-cream (about 2 scoops) in a small bowl and then after that I began craving more and I tried to stop myself but I just found myself going bcak to the freezer and puting in 2 more scoops this time bigger. I mean what the freak is my problem? I hate how sugar is so addictive and now I feel like a fat idiot. I could've controlled myself but I didn't! just because I wanted more..I went and got some. I know I shouldn't dwell on it now that the damage is done but I really wanted to get back on track. It seems that I keep screwing up, just when I'm doing good! I have to go pick my brother up from school and it's about a 2 mile walk. Will that help burn the ice-cream cals off? ugh, I'm so mad at myself.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 200 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 135 lb - well i went to my friends for a memorial day bbq , i didnt do so well .. enough said ): i havent been doing good for the past week ... im nervous to weigh myself at the end of this week i dont want to go back up to 200 , i was looking at pictures from the beginning of last year when i was about 170 and i wanted to cry my arms were so skinny and my face wasnt as chubby, i want it back . youd think that would be good motivation seeing those pictures but i just went and ate more . i feel like dieting took over my life completley ,losing weight and food are always on my mind and keeping me from having a good life . i just want the weight gone and i want my life back .

It has been really hard to go on this diet, and no one has forced me to, but now I just think of all the wonderful things that I will be able to do when I have lost all that weight. I started out at 185 pounds. It will all be worth it, and over the last 3 months I have lost 15 pounds. I have lost it healthily, so i havent gained any of it back at all yet when occasionally I have indulged. But now, I am having trouble resisting temtations to junk food, etc. Anyone have any drastically good tips to help me? I've started with this diet and I don't want to quit. Someone help me please?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 145 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - (starting and current weights are switched) i'm really disappointed with myself. i was on vacation this past week and it was a great oppurtunity to lose weight cause i was like 10x more active than normal but i ate like crap. i didnt binge but i ate like i used to before i cared about my weight. i dont have a scale at home so i weigh myself very rarely, but i dont think i gained or lost last week. today was so bad i am really embarrased especially after reading posts from so many of you guys that eat so healthy. i had a really greasy sausage&egg sandwich, a couple handfuls of cheeseballs, like 8 chicken nuggets from the freezer, and 2 brownies. i havent had dinner yet but i will try to eat very little. its really hot outside so once it cools down a little im gonna jump rope for 20-30 minutes. i was wondering- when im jumproping i get really really out of breath and my pulse starts going ...
