Ht. 5'7", Start: 200 lb, Today: 189 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey every one I just found this site and I am hoping that this might be just one more thing to help me out. If you can tell I am very large and its because i am the biggest emotional eater that anyone has seen. well here is what I ate today. Breakfast: breakfast bar that our school has. Lunch: A salad with a little dressing Dinner: Salad with chicken and dressing H2O: 3 24 oz bottles Is that good? I also am taking these diet pills people tell me not to take them but i feel they work and the make me not want to binge on bad foods. i dont overdose on them like I use to so I think it is okay. Please feel free to tell me what you are thinking call me fat or what ever tell me the truth please and dont hold anything back because that is what my friends do and thats not what i need.

That is, for those who are doing it with me. : ) I am starting week 2 today which means walk 3, run 2 for 30 minutes. I'm pretty excited. I can't wait for my run because I'm super stressed out. I feel like I'm a freaking loser. During this whole month, I have lost 1 pound! Just 1 pound! Yes, I'm happy with dropping a pound, but come on! I am still working out and everything. My eating has slipped these last few weeks, but that's because I've been depressed about hardly losing weight. I wanted to be at 159 by August 20th, but if I'm losing a pound a month, I'll never reach that. I'm going to try semo-strict eating for a few weeks. I'm also upping my running to 5 days a week, rather than the minimum 3. I really enjoy the running, so that's why I'm going to do it. I'm already cramming stuff with college (very stressful), and I've got so many things to worry about. Right now I'm in an alternative school (only 3 hours long), and I've decided to prepare myself for college, and go back to normal school. I am terrified that I won't have the time to keep up with everthing. I already have trouble with time, and I am only in school for 3 hours. I have a bunch of animals that I have to take care of, I have a boyfriend who I need to spend time with, I want to get a job soon, I have to keep having time for exercising, I need time to sleep, I want to volunteer at an animal shelter, I have friends that I have to keep up with, I need time to relax, I have to keep up with my laundry and keeping my room clean, and I have chores that need to be done daily. I just don't know if I'd be able to keep up with all of this and not have a mental breakdown. I am just so stressed out. I need summer break so I can sort things out. Ht. 5'8", Start: 240 lb, Today: 232 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Yay i lost weight today! calories-1310, fat-40g, carbs-80g protein-125g and omg i must have had like 24 cups of water today. So i did ok but besides a bit of dancing didn't really get in much exercise.

But yea I look super cute today, 3 days left of my highschool career...depressing really. But oh yea I forgot to tell u this weekend this kid i've always kinda liked but never really went for because he's outta my league, well yea so i was at this party and he was there and he was all over me being super cute and he kissed me! Yay! So u know what nuthin can bring me down right now! But yea i'm wearing this super cute mini with patent leather white peak a boo heels a a pink polo, i've already gotten so many compliments so I'm not gonna let my scale bring me down because i feel pretty skinny and hot today so woohoo! Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Yea!! so i danced around my room for 1/2 hr...preparing for prom...Dancing is an amazing and quick way to burn calories. For toning get a ballet or yoga video. For a cardio workout get a hiphop or ballroom dancing video. and for abs omg bellydancing is amazing!! Hope this helped. I dance on Mon, Wed, Fri for 1/2 hour. Then Sun-Fri I walk on the treadmill for 1/2 hr.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I can't belive this im down to my lowest ever. I have lost 24 pounds now. That's 5 pounds in two weeks. Even though im on my peroid everybody say it's water weight. But my body keeps the weight off for like 2 weeks.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 235 lb, Today: 240 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Ok, so today was a good day, didn't get to workout but maybe i will do something aerobic later. Calories-1185 (a little lower than i wanted, but i guess its better to be under than over), fat 32grams, carbs 87 grams (i was pretty low on that i hope thats ok), protein 129 grams and i drank tons tons tons of water today. K so my goal of 180 was for August 15 but obviously thats unrealistic, i am actually more concerened about sizes. If i am a 16 now what do you think is realistic in about 3 months?

And i really don't know how because i've been going to a billion and one graduation parties and binged all weekend and not to mention drinking lil more then i should but oh well! I had a lot of fun and i can't believe graduation is a week away! Scary! I was just checking in i'll write sum more in the morning with hopefully a lower number to tell u!

Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 125 lb, Goal: 117 lb - To Karen and anyone else who wants to know. This is how I lost weight. I gained weight over the holidays like most people do and I weighed 136. Then I got body-shaping class at school and started exercising more. A couple days a week I walk home from school instead of taking the bus (only like a 20 minute walk and takes me 5 minutes longer than taking the bus!) I started bringing healthy lunches to school and almost every night I have a Lean Cuisine meal w/1% milk & I even have dessert every night (something like a 90 cal ice cream bar, sugar-free jello or jello pudding, small piece of chocolate, etc.) I got a gym membership at the YMCA...I'm serious, if you want QUICK weight loss go to a gym and use the cardio machines. Once in a while I go to the gym and do the cross-trainer for 20 minutes, the stationary bike for 10 minutes, 30 minutes jogging on treadmill, then lift some light weights and do crunthces/leg lifts.....I also treat myself to whatever I want on weekends!
