Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 130 lb - This is what I had today.Breakfast- burrito, small piece of hashbrown, organge hic. for lunch 2 hot dogs, 1 hot dog bun, tea. For supper taco ball steak thing, with sour cream and water. For snack yoplat yogurt. For exercise- 1 hour and 11 min of soccer kicking up into the air. And 10 min treadmill. Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ................. ive done so good this week :D today CALORIES: 1140, EXERCISE 20 min walk and 100 mins intense cardio ..... i have so much energy i feel like running home from the gym!! i dont cause of my fear of running in public but i could lol weigh in on sunday so excited to c how much i lost!!! my calves have so much definition its exciting :D ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - know what!! * considering post below * i ran a mile i didnt think i would... i did nyway! skewl gets out 2morrow so ill have mroe time so in the morning i will walk 3 miles, @ night run 1 mile, stretch and crunches ect.. during day... EAT HEALTHY ! =]

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 233 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I am 15 years old. I don't know why I eat so much. I am trying to lose weight by eating three-four Lean Cuiseans a day with water and veggies. I have an addiction and I don't know how to cut it. My parents tell me eat more veggies. I ate an entire bag of salad without dressing and it didn't phase me at all, I just want more. What I am I to do? Please help.
