Ht. 5'8", Start: 240 lb, Today: 232 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Err so my last 3 days have been "cheat" days i suppose and i have probably gained a pound or two. But i guess the one good side is maybe healthy eating will suprise my metabolism after the 3 days of crappy eating and make me lose a lot of water weight again...even though its not fat its still nice to see the numbers go down. Today has started off good though - breakfast-3oz fat free ham, 0.5 oz cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup of egg white substitute in an omlet and a glass of crystal light...probably like 250-300 calories in all and i am stuffed!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 375 lb, Today: 355 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys. Here is how my day went. 8am: cheerios cereal bar on my way to school. 3pm: subway roasted chicken sub. For dinner I had a mcdonalds grilled chicken salad with low fat italian dressing. Its hard for me to not eat fast food on saturdays because its all my family has time for but it sure is better than my usual bigmac. I'm on my way home to ride the exercise bike :]. How did you guys do?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I ate like over 1500 calories which isn't good. But i did do a lot of exercse, i walked all over the grave yards while putting flowers on the graaves, 45 min of tabeo, 13 min on treadmill walking and running, 18 min of dancing around and 12 min of pilates. I wish someone will help i need to get down to 177 by the end of may please help. I work my butt off and it dosn't seem to help.

Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 125 lb, Goal: 117 lb - I did good all day untill tonight. I did a 40 min exercise dvd and went on a walk. But then I went to a wedding reception and overate badly, but at least all the food was healthy. I had sweet potatoes, rice, veggies, and lotsa fruit and a little soda and a few mints.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 182 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Well, today I kind of totally went to Dairy Queen and got a blizzard... I feel so dissapointed in myself. Should I go run, or something? I hope to reach my goal weight of 135, which is about... Um... 46 pounds from now. I hope to lose it by the start of the next school year, so it's a new me, you know? How cool would it be to walk in on the first day and have people not recognize you? That would be so awesome...

Ht. 5'7", Start: 211 lb, Today: 189 lb, Goal: 170 lb - So being big and tall runs on both sides of my family (some luch huh?) and I never really cared until it got really hard for me to find the clothes that I wanted at an affordable price. That and other reasons has motivated me to lose weight. The heaviest I've been is 220lbs at the beginning of my 8th grade year. To some people 170lbs is alot, but its great to me because I'll still be voluptuous at that weight. So, please motivate me because i REALLY can use it! thanks.

All the stupid binging really messed me up and now I have my period and I feel bloated and don't fee llike working out at ALL. UGH this sucks and this heat is driving me crazy.

I can't lose anymore weight i think im gonna clean my room for an hour and then do treamill for 30 min and do 10 min's of pilates. Do you think I can lose 2 pounds by doing this

I figure posting here will help bring it back down. I have a candy addiction. Don't have a problem with fast food, candy is my Kryptonite. I'm very active, on a swim team and other sports, it's just the startling amounts of sugar that does it.... Suggestions?
