Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I haven't been here in like 3-4 days and I'd like to have posted that in those days I lost weight and was doing SUPER WELL! but unfortunately not. As I mentioned earlier this week I was sick the whole entire week and today was the day where I found myself recovering and getting better ...although the weahter still sucks! Hot and then cold. It's ridiculous and my allergies really kicked in. Anyway, I don't know if this is diet related or maybe so...but is anyone losing hair? I find myself going bald and I'm totally freaking out. I told my mom to put oil on my scalp today because I heard oil makes your hair stronger. I haven't been drinking a lot of water but that was just recently. I've been losing hair for over a year now and it's only getting worse. Does anyone lose hair here? if not...to the people with healthy hair, how do you keep your hair healthy? Ok well since I'm feeling better...I'll be back on track tomorrow. I'm saying tomorrow because it's like 10:40 pm right now and I'm about to go to bed. Long post! long post! long post alert! sorry I'll take my leave now.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys, do you think that having a piece of low-calorie, low-carb bread with a little sugar-free jelly would be an okay snack? No one ever mentions having bread for a snack, so I was curious. Thanks for the help!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I've been reading a lot of people's posts on here and it really inspired me. I've been trying to find a page to read such stories, or know that I'm not the only one who is weight crazy. I do not consider myself to be 'fat' by any means, but I'm surely chubby around the stomach area and arms which bothers me. I've always been considered the 'smaller' one in my family, and since my parents got divorced last year, I've gained 30 pounds. Over the past week I have done some form of cardio and some ab work but I'm wondering if that is enough to see results? Not yet of course, but if I kept at it. I have a hard time keeping focussed on cardio, while running/walking I realize how bored I get and want to go home .. I even bring music! I need help keeping on track. Any ideas? Thank you!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Today in school, we had to run the mile. I got 11.05! I know that might not sound really good, but for me it is! I've never gotten a time like that. Ever. And I've been running it since 5th grade! I ran the whole thing non-stop, and realized that I really wasn't tired when I was done. I think I should've pushed myself a little harder, though. My goal for next year is 10.35. Does anyone else here have to run the mile for school?
