Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Alright everyone who wants to participate in the July 4th challenge. It starts tomorrow. It a competition to see who can lose the most weight by the 4th of July. Just think it's great motivation to lose weight and it is enough time to get our bodies into shape for swimsuits.
