Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So my friend was talking about a fruit diet...where all you do is eat fruit for like a week and you can lose lots of weight. Has anyone done this? and is it effective? I told her the weight will just come back after you start eating like regular but I'm not sure. I'm thinking of trying it. I'm thinking of having my regular breakfast (Cheerios + 2% milk) and then eating fruits the rest of the day and exercising of course. Will I lose any weight by doing this? let me know, thanks guys and hope you're all doing well! Better than me atleast.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 285 lb, Today: 264 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Well I finally come to terms that I'm an emotional eater. I realized that I've been losing and gain back the same weight over and over again. I've been on a diet since last year of November but I didn't start losing weight until February of this month, at least thats what I thought. Its real frustrating. So, I decided to try again to put a stop to it. I checked out this book from the library called life is hard, food is easy. I think the book was written for me :-) and others who binge. So if ur like me, u should probably read this book. What I loved most about the book is that she stated that food is sum times ur best friend(there for u when u need it) and It might be time to get a new best friend. Good Luck to everybody!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I finally started drinking lots of water. My pee was clear :) which happens when you're drinking lots of water. For a longgg time my pee hasn't been clear. I've been drinking diet coke and juices that's why. Anywya, why is it that during the mornign time I do so well eating wise? and then after noon I just crash and mess up. I hate that. I keep starting off fine and then I mess up.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 140 lb - alright so since school ended I have been walking 4 miles everyday...it's amazing my legs and "backside" look great. I also do 60 situps and am working my way up with those pushups...lets see every morning I get up and walk 1/2 hr in the morning do 30 situps and 10 pushups and then every night I walk 1/2 hr and do 30 situps and 10 pushups. Nothing to extreme but something I can stick to since I have time in the summer. Diet wise I have a slice of bread with a slice of cheese and egg white for breakfast. Then around 11:30 I have a protein shake. For lunch at around 2 I have a salad. and for dinner I have fish with fruit. I have lost eight more lbs but it won't let me post. only 10 lbs to go

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 125 lb - For summer I want to get in the habit of making QUICK healthy meals. Some of the things I eat often are Boca Burgers, Lean Cusine, Healthy choice, and lean pockets. I have 4 meals a day and I normally chose these things for at least 2 of them. The only problem is that many frozen meals adds a TON of sodium to my diet. I'm deffently NOT a sodium counter but sometimes I feel like I should worry about the effects of to much salt in the average food americans eat. It's really unhealthy. Does anyone have any ideas on quick meals that doesn't have a TON of soduim? Any ideas are really apreciated.
