Ht. 5'8", Start: 250 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I've been coming to this page for years. I spend my time reading the success stories, hoping that one day I'll find one that has some secret, some easy way of just losing the weight. But I know its not that easy, and now, I'm finally going to do something about my weight. I'm sick of being so self-conscious. I'm sick of being embarassed everytime I try to get dressed up. I'm sick of not having enough confidence to be me because I'm always worried people are judging me. I'm going to do this. I'm going to lose weight.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey everyone, well today wasn't a good day for me at all. But i was so happy because my best friend came down she just moved to arkansas so shes down for a coupld weeks. Anways i went shopping with her so we were walking around for ever. But my food for the day is Half a chocolate chip cookie from starbucks,and half a tall double choco chip frap. Then for dinner I had 1 rib,1 little bit of pulled pork,1 piece of bread,half a cup of bakes beans, and 10 fries. Oh and 1 cup of milk and 3 cups of water.
My excercize for the day is walking around the mall for 2 and a half hours, and then 1 hour of tumbling.
Yes i know my food choices were terrible but oh well.

I weigh((161)) i am so happy...this is the first diet that i have actually stuck to for more than a day! I know that i am gonna do it this time!! I keep having little slip ups but thats okayy becuase i just get right back on track! But i am going to camp at the end of next month and i want to lose a little more weight... how much do you think i could possibly lose by july 24th?

So far today, I have had 1 cup of that Bunches of Oats cereal for breakfast and then for lunch I had macaroni and cheese (not alot) w/ corn and lima beans and a cup of water. I don't know what I am going to have later but please tell me how I did. Good luck to you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm really making the decision to lose weight not only because I want to look and fell good, but because I know that if I don't lose it now, I will keep on gaining and when I'm older I'll just be an overweight woman which is like one of my greatest fears. Ht. 5'5", Start: 146 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i feel really good about today! small bowl of oatmeal, yogurt, 5 tortilla chips, 12" veggie delight on wheat from subway(6" for lunch and 6" for dinner). About an hour and a half of walking too. What do you think? :)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 146 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I haven't been on for awhile if any of you remember me. Yesterday was weird. I ate about 1200 calories but the food was so unhealthy. Can i still put on weight burning more calories than i ate if the food is bad? I had cocoa puffs, a little bit of oatmeal, tomato soup, 15 saltines, almost 300 calories worth of ice ceam, and half a hot dog. Ewww. Well i walked for about 3 hours yesterday. Was yesterday good or bad?

Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - Breakfast: french toast w/ sugar-free jam & powdered sugar, 1/2 an orange & a plum; Lunch: cherries & reese's 100-cal pack; Dinner: Taco Time Lite meal- chicken taco w/ guacamole & salsa & chicken bean chili & diet coke; Exercise: 40 minute walk....I might have ice cream later or something IDK yet but how'd I do?
