Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I made a type of salad...tell me if its good. Miracle whip (30 cals) and boiled chicken taken apart into bits and lettuce mixed together...and then I toast a slice of whole wheat bread and break them apart into little squares that I put on top. It tastes good. The ww bread gives it a crunch. I don't know all the cals together but it's healthy with the chicken, lettuce (greens) and whole wheat bread..maybe not the whip but that's what gives it taste and 30 cals is not a lot.
