Ht. 5'6", Start: 195 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - goals
- lose 30 pounds by sept 4.
-lose 10 pounds by july 25
- run 3 miles everyday
- walk 2 miles.
-be on the computer less
- STOP THE JUNK!
- work on my will power
- get this weight crap done with once and for all.
my weights been bothering me for as long as i can remember. ur highschool years are soupoused to be the best time in ur life. i refuse for weight to hold me back but it its. thats why im losing it. i have to. theres no other way to do it except simply doing it. i know how to do it. i need to stop finding tricks. i just gotta do it. this is a race with my self and my mind. good luck to everyone. each and every one of u are capable of losing all of ur excess weight. keep to it.

woah woah woah. run 3 miles and walk 2? youre going to overwork yourself, and get over your program very quickly. start out by walking like 1-2 miles a day, and then begin possibly jogging it, or walking further. but 5 miles a day? my moms a triathelete, and she doesnt even run that much. you might wanna try doing other things, like weight lifting, riding a bike, swimming, roller skating,other FUN and ENJOYABLE activities. trust me, its the best way to go.
