Ht. 5'9", Start: 183 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 160 lb - I'm starting my summer workout today. :] Tennis practice starts tomorrow, thank god. So my summer consists of tennis, tennis, tennis pretty much 24/7 except for Fridays. A little bit of that, running, and healthy eating will get me to my goal, hopefully. This was sort of a pointless post, but I am extremely bored, so I thought I'd write something. Goodluck to everyone...

Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - What do you think of todayim quite pleased but id like to know what you all think. breakfast- 130 cal yoghurt, glass of orange juice lunch- lettuce with vinegar, tangerine, one slice of wholewheat bread dinner- 435 cals of egg fried rice, glass of apple juice snack- glass of apple juice. I also went to the gym for the first time and burned about 530 calories. I would guess that i ate about 1100-1200 calories what do you think? sorry for posting a lot but it's the only thing that stops me binging. xxxx

Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 125 lb, Goal: 117 lb - I am not horribly overweight. I need to be comfortable with myself, I want to. So from this point, right here, right now..I will stop doing what I have been doing and reach towards my goal. I binge every few days and then feel discusting afterwards. My goal is to break that. I an ungrounded next week so I can go to the gym! Then it will be easy to lose weight. I want to get to 117 before school starts in September...do you guys think I can do it? I weigh 125 right now. I need motivation tips please! Sometimes I just feel so unmotivated and eat whatever the hell I want and don't give a care.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - OMG I gained 6 lbs! it's not a shocker because I've been doing so terrible for the last 5 months. In January I weighed 159. I was so happy because I hadn't been in the 150's since forever but then I just started slacking off and I never got back on track and now I'm 165! I can't believe I'm in the 160's again and what if I go on the 170's! I can't b elieve this. I don't know what to do. I'm graduating on Friday and the pants that I got are SO tight, they used to be perfect before. I can hardly breathe. God what do I do. I'm going nuts. It's like all the hard work I did is just going to deteriorate and I'm going to end up 210 again. I feel like ...ahh I dunno what I feel like doing. My stomach is SO big again and my shoulders are broader again and the collar bones that I began seeing, they're disappearing again. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I feel like crying and screaming and turning back time.

my weights been bothering me for as long as i can remember. ur highschool years are soupoused to be the best time in ur life. i refuse for weight to hold me back but it its. thats why im losing it. i have to. theres no other way to do it except simply doing it. i know how to do it. i need to stop finding tricks. i just gotta do it. this is a race with my self and my mind. good luck to everyone. each and every one of u are capable of losing all of ur excess weight. keep to it.

breakfast- wholewheat toast thinly spread with peanut butter
lunch- one slice of wholewheat bread, lettuce with dressing, blueberries and cherries
dinner- lettuce with dresseing, 6 squares of white chocolate
snacks- blueberries, 200 calorie bar
was that too bad? i dont know i hope not, i wont eat anything the rest of today and then tomorow im going to the gym so it should all work out.

Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - I ate a lot yesterday. Like mostly everything was healthy but I had a bit of ice cream at like really late. I overate. I need some motivation. I am grounded and the only exercise I can do is on dvd and it's boring pretty much. Also, my legs are HUGE and fat. I want them smaller and tight. The rest of me is pretty much okay but I have a lot of fat on my legs. Someone should write me out a to-do list to get nice, toned legs by the end of the summer. Thanks. =]

I know its not an excuse, but it was draining. But today was the last day of school. Tomorrow I start my rigorous summer plan to prepare for the next school year.

I just wanted to write today to ask for some suggestions on how to help my friend Chris. If you remember the other day I posted that he told me he is a Gainer. Which I found out he gains weight on purpose to be fatter. I talked to him today about it and informed him of the health risks involved but he said he dosn't care. I dont know if he's joking or not, but he said he wants to get up to 1000 lbs. before he stops. He just turned 15 years old and he's the same height as me. He got on a scale today to show me his weight and he weighs 330 lbs. He said he's proud to be fat and he marched around outside and in the house all day without a shirt on. He even showed me a website he goes on that has kids from all over the country who wanted to gain weight. I think its called 43 things I want to do, and its under "Get Fat" I cant... (view more)

Miracle whip (30 cals) and boiled chicken taken apart into bits and lettuce mixed together...and then I toast a slice of whole wheat bread and break them apart into little squares that I put on top. It tastes good. The ww bread gives it a crunch. I don't know all the cals together but it's healthy with the chicken, lettuce (greens) and whole wheat bread..maybe not the whip but that's what gives it taste and 30 cals is not a lot.
