Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 151 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I was wondering how many calories should you eat in a day? How much at breakfast, lunch, snack, and supper?

it depends on your weight & age. So for you probably around 1300-1400. I think its around 1500-1600 to maintain, and if you play sports.

1200 or more a day. For supper like 300. Lunch 200. Supper 500 or more or you can have a snack after supper
