Ht. 5'0", Start: 220 lb, Today: 219 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Ok so i decided im not going to eat anything anymore to loose weight. i havent eaten in 1 day so far and im not that hungry either. so i think im doing good i been drinking alot of water but no food or anything

I agree with Mir. You should know better than to attempt not eating at all. Don't get me wrong, I've been there before. Attempting to not eat at all leads to only negative results though. You get so hungry later on, and that leads to big time bingeing. Just cut out the junk food, watch your calories, and exercise. It's definitely helped for me, and with time, you'll see results. Just be patient. ;)

I did that once last summer and it was the dumbest thing to ever do. I didn't eat for 3 days and on day 4 I felt dizzy and I was about to faint. I had to literally stuff my face with some kind of food before I collapsed. I lost 5 lbs but the whole thing was stupid and I could've gotten seriously hurt. Besides, I gained it all back and more it totally screwed up my metabolism. At night when I lay in bed, my stomach started hurting SO Much and I felt the insides moving, it was like regurgitating because it was EMPTY and it hurt so much and I felt disgusted. It happened every night in bed, the insides of my stomach would move and make this morbid sound. I always regret the day I made that decision. The decision to not eat. To lose weight you actually have to EAT MORE. I eat small meals every 3 hours, it revvs up your metabolism and you lose weight faster. Stop this fast right now, I'm telling you. You'll only ending up gaining more weight and you're body will be confused and hold onto the fat. You'll hurt yourself!

Not a good idea at all. Starving yourself will only lead to more weight gain because when you eventually have to eat, your body will be used to being hungry so it will store that food as Fat to save energy. Starving yourself is not good. Please dont do that.

To stop eating altogether, most likely, will NOT help you lose weight. You won't have any energy for physical activity, no matter how much water you drink.

you would think at age 17, you would be more aware about weightloss. You lose weight if you don't eat. But you gain it back and so much more. My advice, just don't do it.
