Ht. 5'2", Start: 149 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 120 lb - It's been about 2 days now. I haven't had anything "sweet" and "sugary", unless 2 fig bars count (even though they're like, 60 calories each). I haven't been on the treadmill since yesterday because my legs have been tired from lots of DDR. However I've been trying to do sit-ups while watching TV. I know I have to work a little harder if I want to reach my goal, and I know I can reach it if I really believe in myself.
