Ht. 5'5", Start: 236.5 lb, Current: 234 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hello :) Well I'm not sure if anyone remembers me but i've been coming here since i was 14 and I'm soon going to be 16. Well I lost about 30 lbs by coming on here with the support and everything and Then i got to my all time high, almost 237 lbs. Well now i'm back and for the past 3 days i've been dieting like crazy and excersizing. Today for example I had a few grapes and an apple for breakfast and for lunch I had a veggie burger on a peice of wheat bread with mustard and lettuce on top. No ideas for dinner yet and excersize I do at least 150 situps a night and skateboard at night and go walking around town. What do you guys think?
