Ht. 5'3", Start: 218 lb, Today: 201 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I've been doing really really good with my diet and exercising the past couple days... and it makes me happy and is keeping me motivated... but I have a hard time staying motivated for more then a couple of weeks... and I don't know why... do you guys have any tips for keeping me motivated longer?

Just think of how good it feels at the end of the day knowing that you had a healthy day of eating and physical activity. I love that! That keeps me motivated to make healthy choices. =]
