Ht. 5'5", Start: 227 lb, Today: 208 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I hate my body, but I eat once a day and I drink alot of water.I've been eating on luch time only. I cut down the sugar and I've been playing sports latly. So I lost some weight and I am proud of it. :)

That'll make you gain weight. You should eat a lot to lose weight...people think that simply eating makes you gain weight but that's dumb because we have to eat to survive it's just the things we eat and the amount we eat them in. It's recommended that you should eat 5-6 small meals a day to lose weight. Eating just 1 meal or no meal at all will screw up your metabolism and you'll only get bigger and it's very unhealthy so stop and think about what you're doing because really it's all going to come back and it's not going to work.
