Ht. 5'2.5", Start: 135 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 110 lb - okay so i've been overweight since about 5th grade-6th grade, then in 7th grade i had a great body without exercise but i think it was because i didnt eat alot. but then in 8th grade i gained about 20 pounds and now in 9th grade i gained about 10 more so i want to get to 110 by summer or my sophomore year because i want to have a school year when i finally dont have to obsess about my weight. the weight gain has affected my self esteem majorly, my attitudes towards people and i've become a couch potato from not wanting tohang out with my friends anymore. i need someones help on here to get back on track. i want to start on suday february 1st. someone please help me please

I was talking to my mom about how I have to pass 4 out of the 5 fitness test in order to pass 9th grade P.E and then my dad walks in and he's like 'you got to get on that treadmill' and my mom was like 'no she's sick' and then went on to say i need to eat healthier and start working out. And my mom has these unrealalistic dreams of me wearing a bikini by june and stuff. And I was just like omg, dude, that's never going to happen. And my dad said 'it doesn't matter, you're fine the way you are, i just want you to be healthier' and i started to get all teary eyed and just wanted to run away. and then my dad hugged me and i was all like 'i'm not going to cry, i'm not going to cry' so then i run upstairs and my dad was like i love you and i was like you too. and then I came up stairs and started like bawling.... After that I went online and looked up my BMI and it was very depressing to be classified as obese. So then I found out if I were to be 136 pounds I'd be at the a healthy weight. Then I started thinking how many months I have til I have to do the fitness testing and that's in 2 months, there is no way I can lose 71 pounds in 2 months. So I'm thinking maybe if I lose weight I could run the mile in a better time, I need to improve by 3 minutes. I do it in 12 now and I need to do it in 9 so if I work out then maybe I could do it. Anyways, so I think I can lose 70 pounds by June or July. Maybe August. My plan is to exercise for two hours everyday, ya know, walking, jogging, all that cardio stuff. And I'm going to eat fruit 4 times a day; 8am, 10am, 12am, 2am, and then for dinner I'm going to have sometype of vegetables and protein. And LOTS of water through out the day. I'm totally giving up junkfood and breads. I'm taking vitamins too so I get all the nutrients. I'm going to work really really hard, so I hope it works out. I'm not going to give up like I used to. Ht. 5'3", Start: 180 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - I've figured out my problem. I'm a binge eater. Seriously. When I start eating, I can't stop. I just eat eat eat eat eat untill my stomache can't tae it anymore. I'm not even hungry when I do this. Its a real problem. And I'm fixing it starting right now. Hopefully you guys can help me do this. This is a great site, and I could seriously make some good friends here. Having someone to talk to that has the same problem makes you more motivated and its something that you can do together.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys. So far today I am doing really well! For breakfast I had a glass of milk and 2 hard-boiled eggs. For lunch I had a salad with the following inside: 1 hard-boiled egg, 2 tbsp. tuna (my special recipe), crumbled bleu cheese, croutons, almonds, cut up chicken, and 1g carb salad dressing. If I say so myself, I am a great salad-creater! Yesterday I walked for 40 minutes and today I'm going bike-riding + walking. I have my period though I'm gonna slow down the pace a wee bit... *_* LOL.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 205 lb, Today: 203 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - So I'm really upset with myself right now. My mom works at a gym and is a manager/aerobics instructor/personal trainer and I always feel so huge next to her. And I do go into the gym a LOT, but I don't feel like I'm getting results. And I think it's because of my eating habits. Now, you can guess, with my mom being a gym freak, she eats REALLY healthy, so we don't have a lot of junk food around the house. But I over eat, and I definitely eat when I'm bored. I used to do weight watchers and I got down to about 155, but that was like 2 years ago, and I have since put on almost FIFTY POUNDS! That is insane! I want to get back to weight watchers, but it is so expensive! I think I just need to save up and do it? Anybody else with me?!

This week hasn't been too great, and I havent been keepin' up with the strict healthy eating plan and exercise plan I had for myself, and I gained 2 pounds back. :( Freakin' angry. But this week will be better. After I get done typin this lovely message, I'm gonna go eat a light dinner..some salad and some fruit. I'm not hungry for anything else. Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 145 lb - ahh it feels good to be in the 160's again!! after a full week of dieting strictly i finally lost a pound, but honestly, i think i lost 2, because i may have been at 171 when i started (i was 174 from water weight and lost that in a few days, then i was stuck at 171 for a few days, and so on) either way, 160s woohoo lol i cant wait to get down to 165, thats my lowest weight ever, i was 166 this summer but i lost those couple of pounds the wrong way (too busy to eat much) and i gained it back. served me right though. my first mini goal though is 164. i'll finally be at the very high end of the "normal weight range". NORMAL!!! ive never been normal, all my life ive been overweight. i cant imagine what itll feel like :) anways enough rambling, keep up the good work guys, and good luck !

I just found out about this pill (keep reading, I'm not crazy) that is made from the Acai (ah-sigh-ee)berry. The Acai berry is packed with nutrients and antioxidants and such. I have found tons of weight loss stories that happened because of it! Wait...you probably have too. You've probably seen that it's EXPENSIVE. But I found it for $15 at GNC today! Yayyy...gonna talk to my dad about that. =) How's everyone today?

I really need to work on my eating habits, I eat A LOT for breakfast then say oh well I wont eat alot for lunch, then I eat a lot at lunch and think I wont eat a lot for dinner, but when I say Im not hungry my mom will get POed at me saying stuff like I made this just for you, and your not eating, your trying to be anorexic, and crap like that. Oh well, 1 step at a time, 170 by next monday, does that sound reasonable?

The only thing that kinda worked was weight watchers. For a couple months. Then I started getting un-motivated and I gained 20 pounds. I've gained 20 more pounds since then and I'm so embarrassed. None of my friends are fat, and I just feel so out of the circle when I'm with them. They've all had boyfriends and such, and no guy has ever looked at me in that way. My dad made me join weight watchers again and I lost 4 pounds. But then again I got un-motivated and gained 6. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm just eating eating eating ALL the time and I don't know how to motivate myself to stop. I dance 5 days a week for at least 2 hours a day, and I go to the gym a lot. So I know it isn't lack of exercize. Its the food. Please, if you have and advice for me, reply to this message. I need all the help I can get.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 145 lb - so today is day 7 of my diet and i tihnk ive done pretty darn good. tomorrow i write down my weight and i hope to be 169.. reasonable goal right? 1 pound a week. i want to lose 20 pounds by July. so thats an average of 4 pounds per month, which would be 1 pound or so per week. I could have exercised more i tihnk. i did a 15 min cardio video (Turbo Jam) twice this week, as well as worked out on the elliptical, and i plan on doing turbo jam once more tonight. i can tell i lost weight (mostly water) because my too-tight jeans are now very comfortable. thank god for that, i thought i was going to be living in track pants for the rest of my life lol anyways, hope everyones doing well, wish me luck! 169lbs by tomorrow *crosses fingers**... ta-ta!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 258 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - I havent posted in a while because I was so upset I gained some weight over the holidays.At first I started on October,25,2008 at 272 pounds.Then I dieted(but no excersise) until December,25,2008.I weighed in at 252!!!I had lost 20 pounds:)But the holidays came and went....and I gained 10 pounds....making me 262!Ughh.I was no where near as strong as I had been during halloween.Well I havent exactly been "dieting",but watching what I ate atleast,and now im 258.Which is better than 262 but not as good as 252 was.Oh,and im in p.e,which is pure TORTURE!I feel like im about to faint when its over,and all we do is run for 3 minutes warm up,then 20 minutes of running,then 3 minutes of warm-down.Im the fatest one in there,no comparison.Well,thanks for reading.And good luck!
