~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey guys, I haven't posted here in a while. I've been doing horribly! With the stress of midterms and just plain laziness I've been eating SO poorly and not excercising for the past few weeks. My current weight says 210, but I haven't gotten on the scale so it's probably around 214ish. So yesterday I decided to get my butt back into gear at around 5 pm, lol. I ate two bagels with cream cheese and a pint of ice cream all day so I was feeling horrible. I jogged to the gym for most of the way which is almost two miles, and then did cardio for about 45 minutes, then took my trainers class which was an hour. From the time I left the gym to the time I walked in the door, I burned 1682 calories!!=] I know this because I saved up my money a while back and bought a heart rate monitor which I totally recommend. Aside from telling you your heart rate while you're working out, it shows the amount of calories you're burning. Well today I have a midterm from 8:30-10:00am, and it's about 7:20am now, so I think I'm gonna have a scooped out bagel with organic peanut butter to start with. (I'll update you guys more on what I ate later). I can't make it to the gym today because I have to babysit, but I don't have school tomorrow so I'm gonna go crazy at the gym:) Hope everyone's doing well!
