I started out weighing about 225 but by following the Special K diet which is eating 2 bowls of cereal a day and by also eating 1 normal sized meal. I have lost approx. 15 pounds in about 4 weeks

Hey Y'all! I just wanted to post and say thank you to everyone who supported me in my long journey to lose weight, I've lost 170 pounds and I feel wonderful! I'm still in shock, it's so cool and weird at the same time. I can't believe I used to be 313 pounds, sometimes it's seems like it was just yesterday and other days it's seems like it was years ago. I've been working out and eating sensibly since June of 2004. I'm just so happy with my life. don't just sit around and feel sorry for yourself, get up and move!!! Be Happy! :-D

Well I was 285 pounds when I began eating healthy and exercising regularly in september 2005. I now weigh 220 pounds right on for a total weight loss of 65 pounds. I must say if you stick to eating well everyday and exercise atleast 5 times a week it will really pay off in due time, you cant expect to see body change results in 1 month. I started to notice my belly and back toning up more and getting smaller after like 4 months of my diet.
Anyway good luck everyone, keep exercising, eating right and drink lots of water :p

Since the summer hols I have have had this gym mebership pad for by my lovley sister, but when i went to the gym all i wouild do is lift weights, becuase I'm quite strong. I stopped going when we went back top school and put on more weight!!
Sinse the new year i have been going to the gym weekly and trying my hardest to eat right, this keeps on slipping but it goes to show that even if you exercise and don't even neccesarily eat perfectly you can still loose weight, if like me you were totally in-active before! I've lost around 15 pounds so far, still need to lose about 50 but i'm on the right track

Hi everyone, My name is Laura and i am 14. When i decided to lose weight i was 5"6 and weighed 155 pounds and that was in december 2005 now its march first and i am at 138 for a total of 17 pounds and i am still going. I am almost at my goal of 130 but i am hopeping to make it to 120. I was so lucky to not have to use and dieting pills, laxitives or any of those myths. I tryed many diets and excersize programs but i never ate wright so what i started to do was to make sure i ate less that 1100 calories per day and ate healthy things, i knwo alot of people think the lower calories the less food you get to eat but thats not true if you eat things that are really low in calories you can eat more of them then eating one thing with lots of calories. I lost 14lbs in a month and a half. By drinking water only, no junk food, and cutting down my portions. good luck ya'll. and eating lots of fruits

LOTS of exercise, LOTS of water, ONLY food that is good for you (WE ALL know what foods those are)I at one point went from 150 to 108 doing this. It did NOT take long!

Okay. I have lost 12 pounds. I am 5'3 and now i am 138. I am close to my goal. About half-way there. I want to weight in the low 120s. What I did was cut down on the sweets, act crazy(yea I started to hang out with my friends more by walking,climbing,and acting hyper). It is working. It is also because I dont eat red meat or chicken,turkey etc. I eat seafood, not so much that I blow up like a balloon. Just work out eat properly and have fun don't push yourself just act like it is a natural instinct and I works.

I'm 4'11".. I once weighed 152 lbs. I lost a whole bunch of weight... I'm at 90 lbs now. it's a tad undeweight BUT PEOPLE SAY I LOOK AWESOME IN A SWIMSUIT!!!
