On feb. 2005 i weighed 230 and now in october 2006 i weigh 185.5 and i did it by watching what i eat and working out for 30 mins a day.. i mainly ate fruits an veggies... some meet and very little fat's and sugers... i have to say its hard and some days i just wanted to sit in front of the t.v with a bag of chips but i knew if i did i wouldn't lose my weight... so good luck to all of you reading this...

yay i cant belive that i lost 3 more lbs in just one week yay i am down a total of 78lbs 48 lbs to go i have broken my platuea and i think i am night gonna go on it again do you gusy think i beet my goal by june of 42 more lbs yes or nor please answer and if you need more help email me at bye love yas

Before i was 143 pounds and 5'1 now im 5'3 and 134 pounds. I lost 9 pounds. Of course 9 pounds isnt enough and im going to keep going till i reah my goal and im half way to it i want to be 120 or 121. The trick is eat less excercise more and never ever give up. Rember dont let the food control you. You decided wat goes in you rember this saying a moment on the "lips but a lifetime on the hips."

I LOST THAT 0.2 LBS NOW I OFFICIALLY LOST 15 LBS SINCE FEB!!!!! PLus, I might start taking up ballroom dancing!

ok look losing weight isnt as hard as u think i lost 30 pounds i went from 155 to 130 i look okay. all u really have to do is walk and eat 3 meals a day no snack!!! i didnt plan to lose weight i just made new friends and we walked alot around parks talking and we played sports also. u can do any easy sport its just somethin to do instead of eating but then when u lose that weight and school starts man u gain some back like i did im now 140 so when u lose all that weight and then for some reason have no time to walk dont gain back the weight its very frustrating. and trust me when ur losing weight time goes by fast so dont try to lose 50 in 5. good luck to u all

Ht. 5'5, Wt. before- 205, now- 145 lbs - whats up every1...i came to this site like a few years ago wanting to lose weight really bad, but just never had the will power in doing so. so last year when i was 16 i decided that it was time to lose all i did was eat my breakfast,dinner,supper in smaller portions with water with every meal and i walked about 4 times a week for like 40 mins,and never ate after 8 oclock...i was 205 lbs and now i am 145 i lost 60 lbs in 7 months....i know it may be hard but i also tried to not eat junk food while i was on my diet and sumtimes i did but i learned that its ok to have that piece of cake on ur bday and stuff...just dont make it a habbit of always eating it..cuz it aint good for u at all lol....on my whole journey to losing weight i did not to any kind of exercise...only walking me...walking works..............i hope ... Ht. 5'2.25, Wt. before- 175 now- 141 - well i have officaly lost 35 pounds this summer.. no one from school has seen me except my close friends im so excitied to go back tomorrow and show everyone i look fantstic.. and i know that with another 10 or 15 pounds i shall have the body of my dreams.. im almost there and i can't believe i finally did it .. and i did it the heathly way.. i am so proud of myself.. i would liek to thank evryone for their encourgament and help and also i would like to encourage those who feel like they have no hope.. there is always hope... a few sayings help me going through this- "food will always be there you don't need to eat all of it in one day" "is this worth not being thin and healthy over?" I've always wanted to be at a healthy weight but i've never been able too its taken me about 5 years to finally decide that i need to loose the weight and i've lost 5pds in 3 days by eating better,doing vigorous walking/ jogging for at least 30 minutes a day and doing Winsor pilates!! im at 162pds and i hope to be around 150 by the end of septemeber!!!!!

I was at my friends house the other day and I was wearing these old shorts that were small so my fat was hanging out(( they were a size 12 and im really a size 18)) and then i was sitting on her chair and i accidently broke it. Then the button on my jeans popped. i was so embarassed. So my friends thin she's 5'4 and 100 pounds. She weighed me on her scale and it read 190 at my top. i was sooo shocked. I was never good at runnning. So she asked me what do you want to improve on first so i said running. so now me and my friend run everyday for a half hour. but we had to stop every 5 minutes for me.but thats okay. then we improved on my eating habits. no more hershey's or anything. then we bike ride 3 times a week. then we do 100 situps and 50 pushups. im so glad my friend is helping me train. so far i lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. Im feeling healthier already.

Well, since February I went from 184lbs to 169.8 lbs! Thi is the first time I was able to loose a lot of weight and keep it off in my life! If i loose that last 0.8lbs I'll have lost 15lbs! I was a size 16 in jeans/pants i can manage a size 14/12! I hope to become a size 6 or 8 ultimatly...but I'm very proud of myself. I don't calories or carbs or anything like that, I just healhtier food when i go out, drink mroe water, limit soda and sugary sweets. I have a few squares of dark chocolate on the weekend instead of junky cookies and cake...for me al ittle indulgence is the real stuff or nothing! I now practically hate fast food, salty food, sugary food, greasy or porcessed food. YUCK! Eat organic things you can feel good about. I hope tobe about 160 by Christmas. I'll keep you posted! :0)

When i first found this website I was in Japan last year and you know how everyone there is like size minus minus 0.... well because i wasnt a minus minus zero i got called fat and i really wasnt, but i wasnt skinny either. My boyfriend even broke up with me...and said if i was skinneir he would like me better... I absolutly did not consider a faf diet.. I have lost major amounts of weight in the past and i know How my body can lose weight so i cnaged a few things. I dont usually drink juice or anything so i made sure i just drank water or green tea. I tryed not to snack to much and did an hour of excersise a day, 30 minutes of tae bo and 20 of windser pilates. I ate anything i wanted just tryed to stay healthy and if i wanted icecream i could just not like 10.. haha. For me a few changes in my lifestyle really worked! I lost 30lbs in a month. All I did was eat healthy, balanced meals and daily exercise. I highly don't recommend fad diets (i.e. atkins, south beach, etc.) I basically made sure I received the proper amount of various vitamins, proteins, calcium, minerals etc. that are included within the food selected for my consumption. I do HIGHLY recommend speaking to a nutritionist or doctor before engaging in serious weight loss endeavors. I did. I may have lost too much weight in such a short period of time, but I am now attempting to lose weight in a more reasonable manner, do ensure long term results. NOT a quick fix.

A couple of months ago i was 162 pounds. then i didnt do anything about my weight until now and now im about 151 pounds!! just by eating eggs for breakfast..tuna for lunch...and riding my bike and excercising more and drinking 8-10 cups of water a day!!
