YES! Throughout the years I have always been above average, including my weight. I was 140 for a while, then I took a trip to Ireland and gained 10 pounds that I kept for a long time. Than I got up to 160 one summer, and I was shocked so I ate right for a while and then went back down to 150 and kept going down until I was at 140. This summer, since I'm going into high school, I really wanted to make an impression. This is the first time I've ever made a huge effort to loose weight and slowly I am reaching my goal of 120. The lowest I've been in this diet thing is 133 and currently I'm 134 and I'm finally at a healthy weight. My goal for the summer is a solid 125 and I think I'll be able to reach it. Just by cutting back on what you eat and choosing a salad over fishsticks and fries and doin some time on the treadmill, even if its only 20 minutes, will help. It's helpin me, dudes! Good luck everyone. Couldnt of done it without this site.

Hi i have lost 25lbs so far i still have a wee bit more to go to reach my goal of 125 i currently weigh 146lbs i have just tried to eat healthily and exercise which sounds so easy but its not there is always temptation out there (FOOD!!!) also it's so easy to be lazy and not exercise so anyway i'm halfway there and i willl come back on blubberbusters when i am at my goal

I lost 40 pounds by weight watchers i did it with my mom and it was so easy after a while i got used to what i was eating and i felt better about myself now i have people tell me all the time telling me how good i look and i love it. i used to feel so fat and ugly but not anymore. im a new man email me if you want a before and after picture puertorican5942@yahoo.com

I haven't reached my goal yet, but... In 6 months I've lost 4 and a half stone. I cut out all drinks except water, which I drink three litres of a day. I only eat healty food and have limited calories. I ensure I exercise for an hour 4 times a week.I do aerobics and cycling... When I cycle I do 43.85km. My goal is 144lbs, and I still have some way to go. But I will get there eventually.  (Note: 4 and a half stone = 63 lb.)

My name is Sheela, I started off 180 Pounds. I am 5'6 and now 159 pounds. I started my jouney because of my grad! All I did was eat soup. Drink 4 Litres of water a day. I used a 2lt pop bottle and filled it up. I cut out everything. junk food, fast food and bread. sugar espeacially. All i ate was homemade soup and vegetables. I exercied 2 times a day- 45 minutes of CARDIO. i also walked everyywhere. i basically lost 11 pounds in 10 days because my body got rid of water weight and toxins. Then lost inital weeight of 10 pounds in 7 days!! Thats 21 pounds in 17 days!! !5 more days to go!!!! yay

I went from weighing 125lbs to weighing 114 lbs. It may not sound like a lot but i went from not being in the healthy weight zone to being in it and that is a lot to me because i succeded and i now am healthy and skinnier!!!!

Hii..
Im ZERO and i was about 190 pounds when i first started my diet now i lost 16 pounds I weight about 174 pounds in 4 weeks i execised 6 days a week i took Taekwondo lessons and before i go to the Lesson I jog in the neigbourhood for 40 minutes every da and my Breakfat is:
1 whole grain sandwhich with lowfat cheese.
Lunch:1/2 grilled chicken breast i make a whole grain sandwhich with it i add vegetables to it because my body needs it and after the lunch i ate an apple after i ate the apple i go jog in my neigbourhood for 40-45 minutes then my mom takes me to the taekwondo lesson i dont eat after i eat the apple and i drink plenty of water.
You should all out there try it and i think if you gonna stick to it your gonna lose all the weight you wanna lose.
I still have to lose about 22 pounds.

Hey about a year and a half ago I was 5 foot 6 inches and I weighed over 230 lbs. Then I realized that thats not healthy. I ate less and I did more activities. Now I am on the football team, and a starter I may add. I am 6' tall and 200 lbs. That may still be overweight but I am proud of myself. I think that losing weight is healthy for overweight people. On a side not dont let people teasing you bother you. I know it is hard but in the end if you ignore them they will most likely go away. If you dont like how you look, change it. Thanks

i looked gross i felt ill when i looked at myself but i am so happy i lost 3 st from 11st to 9st people are always complimenting my weight and how good i look it is hard but if i can do it so can you.

im in tenth grade and since 7th i have played football. when i was in 7 grade i weighed about 135 lbs and was about 5'2". but in the three years following i had more than doubled my weight by putting on 155 pounds! i was only ten away from hitting 300 pounds and i was really BIG at only 5'11". but i had thought that it was ok because i was on the footbal team and that almost all of the guys in my family are big too. i had finally realized it wasnt when i went to the doctors for an injury and he told me that i was morbidly obese. it hit me and i couldnt understand why it didnt before. i mean i was wearng a size 42 pants and 2xl shirts. so i decided to take control of my weight. in 6 months time, i have lost an amazing 78 pounds and i am down to 212 pounds! one of the reasons that i was so successful was because i made my dad go on the diet with me and he has lost 63 pounds and he is down... well i was able to reach my wight goal. by not eating junk food like soda, chips ,candy i just eat. healthy like salads lots and lots i mean lots of water. no faty foods i hate faty foods now they gross me out now just wen i look at them i want to leave or grab the faty food and trough it away from that person that is effecting there life.i go running every day with my mom. i feel a lot better with the new me i have lost 45 pounds i was 257lbs now i'm 212lbs in the past 4 months i've been loseing 1o pounds evry 2 weeks i still need to lose 40 pounds more to get to my goal. i hope you people dont give up so i wish everyone out there that are trying to lose wight dont just think about it do it. its hard but at the end it will be a dream come true remember you can do if i did it you can do it to=)

well,1 1/2 years ago i weight 140lbs. at 5'0.
i started working out and dieting a lost more 23pounds and im very proud of myself.
Now i currently weight 123lbs and5'2
i play tennis and that helped my burn a lot of more fat and gain muscle.i also like to run long distances and strenght training w/ cardio
helps a lot to.Just eat a well balanced diet with a lot of proteins to feed you muscles anf from time to time eat a small proportion of your favorite junk food(just a little)
Now im way more muscle than fat.
im still woking on getting my 6-pack,i have very muscular legs and arms because of tennis i also have my obliques.hard work and determination can get you in a long way.☺

ok i lost 20lbs woooooooow but how? i started the first week by canceling soda full sugar with diets i lost about 3lbs next i started going to the gym i started to lose more till i stopped fast food at night wich was so hard but i overcomed it and i also thaught about my body and the beach now i stopped eating fast food at night i do gym 2 times a week i drink plenty of water do crunches and i'm on my way to six pack abs and one thing the last pounds are the hardest u can get deppresed cuz ur not losing any more weight but u have to be cheered i no its hard good luck
