The main thing I could say is to eat in portions! That really worked for me. And I'd make little changes in my diet like instead of having a whole bagel I'll just have half or an english muffin which has less calories. Good luck!

I would either throw it all out or only throw some out and keep a little of it by making a pile nad picking out 15 of your favorite pieces and putting them in a candy jar or box and only have one piece a day.

hey hun, first of all who cares what others think. If you really wanna lose weight then it has to be up to you and you are the one who wants to do it, you do it for yourself no one else. After you knwo your doing it for you try being more active, and you can still eat all the foods you like but just have smaller portions of what you eat like cuz everythign u eat in half, and try not to eat to late at night because whenyou eat late at night you dont have time to burn off most of what you ate off. If you need to talk more you can email me at steph.glionna@sympatico.ca

you don't have to cut foods out of your diet, just eat less. For example, instead of a whole bar of chocolate, eat half, or if you love milkshakes order a small one. It's the amount of calories you eat that count, not what foods you eat, although healthier foods make you feel fuller, longer, and usually have less calories.

All I can suggest is eat half of what you usually would, make sure you have a good healthy breakfast.. preferrably a good portioned one... if you have breakfast then your metabolism is in high gear for the rest of the day and you'll lose weight better.. drink lots of water, and maybe make a routine to go for a 30 min walk everyday after dinner??? good luck...:)

Shaida, read Melissa's reply from me. You may also have to learn to control what you eat by gradually cutting what you eat in half, or controling the amount you eat by using "portion control." Also try to set a time where you will eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with NO snacks in between. That way you will get into the habit of eating small portions of "normal" (or the food you usually eat)food throughout the day. If you can't help yourself, and HAVE to eat a snack try a salad, fruit, or a popsicle (not icecream). Whatever you do, don't starve yourself, because it will lower you're metabolism when you start eating again.

first of all, ignore that other person who told you about your punctuation because that's just rude.
Since you seem to have to eat out try eating more salads, or cut down on your portion sizes because restaurants give out more than twice the proper serving size. You could also order off the kid's menu (if they have one) which is what I do sometimes. Oh, and you could also start off with soup because it fills you up so that you eat less. As for exercise, just try walking more, or spend half an hour dancing in your bedroom! There's tons of ways you can exercise. You could even skip rope for 10 minutes! Hope this made sense and helps a bit.

its not a way to really get rid of the cravings, but to keep you from eating all the junk food. the way to not eat the junkfood when you get home, is to not have ALL that junkfood in the house. i know its hard especially if you have a lot of other siblings in the house like me....but if ya wanna lose weight, you have to cut down some good things. you dont have to stop eating them...just cut down...or dont eat all of them.

I am not shure you could lose 50 pounds by may or june you could lose 30 to 40 pounds and get to a normal weight.I am male and i was near your weight and i am 127 now when i was 155.What i did is eat cereal for breakfast plain cereal like rice crispies,or cruncy corn. For lunch fruit. When i felt like snacking i drunk orange juice or water and for diner i ate a medium portion of what my mom makes and i lose 2 pounds a week.Try it you don't feel like eating a lot.You don't feel food deprieved. Also work out 30 minutes a day try it worked for me.

hi, its important to excercise everyday and bot be lazy about it.At first its hard but then you get used to it and then you feel weird if you miss a day! And you shouldnt really go on a diet, you should juss cut down on what you eat Its called portion control. Eat only 3 times a day and for starters eat half of what you eat now. Did you know that if you just stopped drinking soda you'd lose 30 pounds in a year!! Drink lots of water and only eat 3 times a day! And eat lots of fruits and vegitables, you'll notice results in less then a month, good luck! im in a hurry right now but if you need more tips email me at DezirablCreation@aol.com Take care byee
