hey i need someone to tell me if this good or not. On the week days I dont eat breakfast.i try but i have no time. i usually eat a lot of food for lunch and for dinner i eat everyone else eats but we eat really fattening things like we have fried chicken maybe 2 times a week and lots and lots of butter.If you havent figured it out yet we eat alot of soul food. I NEED HELP PLEASE!

Today: 163 lb - Hi, I am Priscilla. I way 163. That's way to much. I try and try for a little bit to lose weigt then I just can't do it anymore. Somehow I just give in not even knowing it and getting back into my old habbits. I learned a fact to on this website- If a child/teen places an hour or more with some type of exersize/activity they can lose up to 24 pounds a year.

Ht. 5'1", Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 110 lb - Hello everyone. Im new to this website. how is everyone? I am 5'1 140 lbs. I really want to look nice in a bathing suit this summer. How much weight can I safley loose in about three months? My goal weight is 105-110 lbs. How long can it take me to get to that weight? Ht. 6'3", Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 93) - I used to be 6'2" 270. and now im 6'3", 215. it may not sound like much but i look at my self in the mirror and i got big jelly rolls and flabby arms.I tried the diet i did over the summer to lose weight, but its hard to keep going for more than a week. I tried working out for 3 months but saw no results. so mainly what im getting at is i need the fastest way to lose weight imaginable, ill do anything i can to get lean( even going anerexic.) so if anyone has an extreme way to lose weight as fast as possible, plz let me know. thanks.

Remember the penut butter thing??? When i eat it, i take out something else that i would have eaten. anyways, it works because it has alot of protein. protein keeps you fuller than most other foods. If you eat it, take 95 calories out of something else.

Well my first weigh in was a success!! I lost 2lbs in a week. And I can still eat what I want!! How cool is that!? Well fingers crossed for next week.

Today: 165 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Hi! I'm 14 years old and I weight 165 pounds! I really want to lose at least 50 pounds before high school starts! But I don't want to commit my every minute of every day to dieting, and normally i can't stick to one if i try!
