Boy can I sympathize. I am 5'8 and weigh 205lbs. You see, with me. I get into random kicks. One day, I'll be depressed and won't eat anything hoping it will help, then the next, I'm like, "screw it, if some one doesn't like me the way I am, it's there problem" But I've realized it was my problem too. I am in love with theatre, and dance. Not being in shape, I can't do the things I love to the best of my ability. It's hard for me to see the time when I can be at the weight I desire, but unless you start taking the steps, you'll never get there. I know how easy it would be just to wish the weight away, but it won't happen. So, find some activity you love and keep to it, it will keep your mind off food and help you lose weight at the same time! Even though it may get hard, don't give up. It'll be worth it in the end. No matter how long it takes to get there. If it were easy, we wouldn't value it half as much. Good luck to you! i had exactly the same problem as u! i dieted ( but i did it the wrong way by starving myself) it was reallllllly hard, and i was hungry allll the time. i lost loads, and became reallllly thin. but i got fed up of not eating nice foods like my friends, so i stopped it. then i gained back the weight!!! which was soooo annoying. then i became reallly depressed, and didnt wanto go out wid my friends. i got so depressed i had to visit a counceller and it helped alot. but what i am doing now is im not dieting at all. simply eating all the right foods, and healthily and in proportion. i eat 'forbidden' foods when i feel like them, but i dont eat too much of them, if i feel like a chocolate bar, i will have one, but cut it in half. u just have to eat healthily, and i excercise for 3 hours a week. u can break it down though, to so many minutes a day! good luck!

Hello everyone. Im 16 ^ i guess it says that though eh? Anyways im 5'1 and I weigh 137 lbs as of today. I used to way more (160 something at my biggest) but lost alot of weigh last year (i was down to 127 at one point, yay.) Anyways Ive put a little bit of weight back on, and though im still happy, Id like to get into a little bit better shape and stuff. Just thought I would share this pointless story...more later.

Hey,That happens to me too sometimes I'm determinated
but other timesI just feel like why am I doing this if I not getting anywhere and i just start eating again.I
don't know of anyways of keeping the motivation up,I
just think about how I want to look and feel and sometimes it helps.I'm 5'4 and 158 lbs.

Hey there!! Well, I have had sooo much trouble with losing weight...belive me...i've lost it, then gained it again. Right now im about 5'2" and, i used to weigh 170...but I lost 20 pounds over the summer(yay!!)and, now i weigh 150. I lost 20 pounds by doing 3 things...exercising, eating right(and im not depriving myself with foods i like...I STILL EAT CANDY!!! wuhahaha!! =)and...motivation, which i think is the key to weight loss. so, if any of you need motivation...or u just wanna talk...just e-mail me at littlelollimunchkin@yahoo.com don't be shy to e-mail me either...i don't care what age any of you are...i don't care what gender, id love to hear from any of you...and, you'll always get a message back...good luck u guys!! =)
