always remember that WHEN and HOW OFTEN/MCUH you eat is just as important as WHAT you eat. if not, more important. so take a reality check as to what it is youre eating. even if you only eat when youre hungry, it could be the stuff youre putting in your mouth regardless that is making weightloss so difficult. also, never use the excuse that you have no time to exercise. excuses are the number one cause of failure in a diet. excercise can be done in the most nonchalant manners. such as walking fast enough to get your heart rate going each time you walk. or running up and down stairs for 20 minutes. its not so hard to go for a walk, jsut remember to get your heartrate up and keep it up for the full duration of your walk. about 30 minutes is most effective. also, doing a few sets of situps between commercials while watching tv is super easy and not at all time consuming. i hope my pieces of advice helped you. i wish you great luck! :)

if you go on a low calorie diet and a good cardio(like taebo) exersize routine it will work. perhaps it didn't work for you in the past because you weren't being completely truthful to yourself of how much you were truely eating? it's simple there is 3500 calories in 1 pound of fat. if you burn 500 more calories then you consume a day then you'll lose 1 pound per week. if you burn 1000 calories more you'll burn off 2 pounds per week and so on. it's not healthy to burn more that 1000 calories more than you consume a day though. you have to be patient- that's the key to success...

just realize that skipping an extra piece of pizza isn't the end of the world(i had a problem overcomeing that!) and know that you can have those foods- just eat less of them. you need to work on your will power and tell yourself that it's possible that you don't need those foods. and exersize a lot more then you are right now incase you do have those foods....

I like to examine the situation myself. Say you aren't doing that well and you're thinking "oh i dont want to exercise today" or "oh i want to eat this and that" well i think of what will happen. Yes i can take the easy way out and stop excercising but where will that get me? No where. Sure you'll feel good after eating a peice of cake because it tastes good, but really all it is is slowing you down and ruining your life. Now say I decide "im going to keep exercising and eating healthy, screw the cake" well i know that eventually i will look better, feel better, and others will KNOW that too and it will show. If you can improve the way you feel and look, almost everything in your life will improve. Thats what keeps me going. It may take time but if you just sacrifice for a year or two, or however long it takes you to drop the weight, the REST OF YOUR LIFE will feel better. Working hard for a short time in your life to improve the next 70 years or so? yeah i can deal with that for sure!

hey gurl, i know exactly what you mean! Sometimes i go into the kitchen and start to get something to eat, but then i relize that i'm not even hungry. Sadly, i have no will power so most of the time i still eat it even though i regret it later (everytime). It's really frustrating, but lately i've been getting better at this thing, if you go into the kitchen, think am i hungry, and if you really truly are, then eat somethin small and healthy, but if your not, get some water, im tellin ya it really helps. so n e ways just give it a shot, you might not like it at first but in the long run you'll be happy that you did....plus it gets easier once it becomes a habbit.

tae-bo works really well if you stick to it. you really really have to stick to your plan ok? just think about how awesome it'll be to make a new impression on people with the new thin, confident, you! you just have to keep that in mind and stay to a really strict low cal healthy diet untill you have yourself under control. come on- you can do this!

There is nothing to "figure out" you just burn more calories then you consume- so either eat less, exercise more or do both! (it's that simple it's all about having control over your actions)

Everytime you are about to eat something when you are not hungery just remember that you are not able to control yourself; you are a slave to food. Do you really want food to be in control of you or do you want to be able to control yourself. I just think about that then I overeat less. (at the same time having control means eating, not starving because starving you also have no control)
