Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys. I have found some really great clothes at H&M, you should try going there. It's nice to be able to go to a regular store to get clothes and not have to go to a special plus sized store

I always buy the darker skinny jeans. I found out that I look terrible in clothes like boot cut jeans that have no cling, and have one staight line. I like wearing boots over my jeans to make my thighs look more normal. If you want to get rid of dimpling, just wear tights or leggins under your jeans! Now for most over weight wemon (like me) we have hour glass figures, so I think the perfect out fit for us is a simple skinny Jean or Capri pants with a black or dark undershirt/ tanktop covered by a Kisheme cardigan! It really compliments curves. Also, I always wear a necklace, they distract from the stomach.

Store, I think drawing a picture of your outfit that is tight because of being overweight or obese that might encourge you girls and boys, young men and young women. To lose weihgt. Image wearing that outfit and being a healthy weight, and saying to yourselfs I am happy to be healthy and finding clothes.. Dont give up guys ,, keep trying..

my name is cynthia and i know exactly how you feel! you see i come from a family that lovveesss to eat! my dad's side of the family is all italian so that's a lot of carbs and cream sauces! haha and my mom's side of the family is irish, meaning lots of mashed potatoes and overall A LOT of food! i have been overweight most of my life, i'd say since i was in 4th or 5th grade. i have struggled through clothing troubles too. i hate hate HATE shopping for swim suits or any summer clothing for that matter. and i try to avoid it as much as possible. just like you, my best friend is a stick and is a size 4! i couldn't even touch that! i don't think i've ever been a 4! but she supports me and isn't condisending about my weight which really helps. i too have never had a boyfriend and i'm 16. i've gone through my fair share of crushes and they all seem to be the same type of guys,... I wear a size 20 pant and an XXL shirt and these are the following places that you need to look for clothes if you are 'of size' : Old Navy, Fashion Bug Regular/Plus, Kohl's, Torrid, Maurice's. Happy Shopping!!!

misses and juniors are the same sizes except misses don't start until size 6. So if you are a 16 in misses you are a 16 in juniors. I think juniors usually go up to like 18 but some stores go up higher
