Ht. 5'8, Wt. start:165 now:155 - does n e body no wat a sweet potatoe french fry tastes like?..i want 2 know b cause its like more than half the calories than regular french fries..does it taste n e thing like regular ones?

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 155 - oh guys this is what i ate today:Lots of water,Gatorade,Bread with melted cheese inside it(yummy) mashed pototoes with a slice of cheese(half plate)and 1 margarin (looks like orange)SO what do you think i did today? Ht. 5'8, Wt. 198 jan 05 now 176 - god well today im depressed! i wanted to lose about half a stone each month as its a reasonable goal and last yr in jan i lost 10lbs which i was extactic about but last night i ate a whole big bar of chocolate and pigged out becuz at school these girls in my yr were pickin on me. and even thou at school im loud and confident, wt people say still hurt. so yea my goal was for monday to have lost 2 lbs and be 173lbs but i weighed myself this morn and ive put 1 lbs on becuz i started at 175 on monday so yea now im depressed!!!! and prom is only like 5 months away and i want to lose at least 1 and a half stones before i even start looking for my dress! sorry for babbling on but yea any advice id be greatful for xxx  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 334 - o n i also have a friend just like me...his name is jesse and is 5foot tall and weighs 385lbs and is the same age as me...i h8 seing him like me...we go to gym together and hang out together at skool, n' if any peeple bother us all we have 2 do is squish them...haha...even knowin that i go to gym, and with jesse, i keep puttin on weight!!!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 164.5 - today i had---
*2 pieces of wheat toast with butter
*a lemonade (90 cals)
*water
*a whole fruit popsicle (80 cals)
*a bowl of raisin bran
* 1 apple
*1 pear
and then im going to have salmon with veggies rice and water for dinner and thats it for the day
and im gonn go do some exercises now

Ht. 5'6, Wt. more then it looks - ok im tired of being this way i have gained 25 pounds in two years and keep saying today is the day well now i think starting tomorrow its gonna be the day im just gonna count calories and make sure im not eating too much fat, also im going to keep active(which was never a problem but yeah)if you have any motivational stuff just say it i need it

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 214 hi my names dylan. in year 7, acouple of years ago, i gained 80 pounds in 1 month b4 highskool started. i felt so depressed since i was goin 2 a whole new skool n now im goin 2 another 1. i ve been there 4 1 month b4 the holidays and then in 1 month after skool i gained 120 pounds. i feel so hopeless. i need more ideas 2 lose weight cause i no weigh 334lbs n' im about 2 go 2 a whole new skool gain...plz help me!

well ill ttyl...i didnt work out today but thats because i worked all day and im still sore from my last workout

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 148 - hey guys i havent ben on in a super long time! but now i am on. I just started up dieting AGAIN! oh it makes me so mad, i want to lose wieght but every time i try to i wind uo getting fatter(sort of, not really)!!!! Anyways i try to eat less so i do but then the food i do eat is always fatty food. And i gag at any vegatable, i cant stand them , all i can eat is carrots,letuce, corn and Greenbeans! And i never eat any of them. But this week i am so happy i lost 3and a half pounds. I do 100 crunches before i go to bed. But i heard that your body ajusts to your routines if you use them long enough and your body will lose wieght slower than when you started. So if and of you would like to share your ideas of your diet and exercise plans, plz respont to this message. It would give me a sense of what other kind of fast fat burning exercises i can do. P.s. if any of you do the calorie cound plz let me know how that works!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 155 - Hey i have not been on in a long time. i got selected to be in a SELECT volleyball team and i was so happy!! i love the workout that it gives u all the legs!! lol i lost 5 lbs in a couple a weeks well good luck to all u guys and hope u can stick to a plan oh and ps( does any1 know those word scrambles in the clubhouse thingy? i got exercise but i cant figure out the other ones! reply if u know ) prtty plz! luv yall :-*
