Ht. 5'2, Wt. 180lbs.....: ( - Hey guys,
Basicly I am here to get ways and ideas in which I could keep to a stedy diet plan. See I have tried to do it but for some reason cant stay on the plan. How can I stay on one? Please help me. I am very miserable right now, and I feel ugly and I need to start to feel better about my self. Thanks alot..... : )

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 283 - I lost 2 more pounds =). I'm really happy now. People are actually noticing which in a way I guess is good. Some of my pants are getting to big now when before they we're really tight, and that's really good :D. Thanks for all your support guys and girls!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 164.5 - heres what i ate today:
breakfast- 1 scrambled egg with cheese and lemonade
snack-1 pear
snack-1 apple with peanut butter
1 gingerale
dinner-a green pepper with ground sirloin and cheese and rise in it
2 small pieces of white bread with olive oil
and water water water
i kno i shouldve had light lemonade, diet gingerale, and no bread, and not as much peanut butter as i did but i think im doing a lot better than i was...right now im getting into the mode of things

Ht. 5'5, Wt. around 140 i dunno - ok so every other day i run 2 miles and 100 sit ups everyday . i was dieting but lately i kinda went off . tomarrow im gonna start eating healthy again. I was eating healthy for 2 weeks and i noticed that my stomach lost weight but my main focus is my thighs . Running is the only thing i can think of that helps them but they dont seem to lose weight . any suggestions please? i really wanna lose a pants size

Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno.. - Okay...ughhh when I get home I snack cause we have sugary stuff in the house and I get bored wit nuttin to do I babysit from 3:30 ish to when ever my mom gets home and it's been raining and crappy outside so I haven't been able to get much other exercise other then PE and I did the weight room today I didn't have any breakfast I had a peanut butter sandwhich for lunch I came home had two cookies wit frostin and sprinkles on em and 2 donuts not huge but not a small round one and my mom bought me two of those boxes of heart things..ugh.....

Ht. 5"6, Wt. 127 - i lost 22 pounds i went from 147 to 125, and it was really hard. I'd been trying to lose it for a couple years but i'd just keep giving up, and here are some things i learned.
1) dont try to starve yourself.. that makes it take longer to lose ur weight, you feel awful everyday from not eating, and it leads to serious problems
2) everytime I exercise I'd take baby steps further everytime. Like if I ran .5 miles one day.. the next i'd run .6 and keep on going. Now I do a denise austin workout tape everday. its pretty hard but VERY effective.
3) Learn to like youself and dont get discouraged. There would be a lot of times when I'd look in the mirror and I'd be like "what am I doing? this is never gonna work.. it never does." but then I thought of how much I wanted that weight to just disappear and I kept going.

Ht. 5ft5, Wt. 157 - today i exercised-- like a cycle thing.. bike for min then weight for a min tramp for amin and other things.. it was good but can anyone recommend anything else to do that has worked for htem.. thanks

(GYM)burned 500 calories!
12: low carb pria bar
2: apple
4:melon
6: grilled meat and veggies
is this good, cause it was really easy to follow this plan! how fast should i be able to lose 15 pounds with this???
