Ht. 5'5, Wt. 197 - i use to be skinny when i was younger. when i got to high school i noticed that i had gottin a bit bigger and i was okay with it cause i still was not fat. i went from a size 7 weighing about 120lbs to barly fitting in a size 13 at 198lbs in about a year. i cant find anything that works for me. i have stoped eating so much and watching what i eat and working out. i have gottin to the point that if i cant find something soon then im just going to stop eating all together. so if anyone knows anything that can help PPPPPLLLLLEEEEEESSSSSSEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!! TELL ME!!!!!

dont b come anorexic!..u lose more n e wayz if u eat some b cause u have 2 keep ur metabolism going

well like i do stop eating after 9pm drink water not juice soda or anything else walk about in hour a day and eat smaller portions and in no time you'll results promise. good luck and uh don't starve yourself.

i know what you mean...my weight has been crazy since high school...i went from 118 and 5'4 to 152 sophomore year at 5'5.5 then by the end of sophomore year i was down to 131 out of nowhere & now im a junior & im 5'6 still but im getting to a higher weight for me at 143...i got a pass to cali fitness cause i started working so hopefully eating smaller portions & not eating out everyday will help along with TRYING to work out at cali fitness at least 2 or 3 times a week...good luck!! :)
