Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - how much weight could i lose before juneish if i do about 45 min. of excersise and eat rasin bran, salad for lunch or pasta sald then for dinner w/ever my dad makes. Is pasta salad fattening?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 226 - do you guys think I could lose 60 pounds by june 1st by just drinking water not anything else. Eating the same foods I eat execept smaller portions of them. No junk food but every now in then a little snack so I don't feel like I'm depriving myself. And Also exercising an a hour a day on my treadmill.Tell me what ya"ll think.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Hi my name is Laura and i dance, do cross-country, play softball and volley ball. But now a days i do nothing. Today i ran on the tredmill for 15 minutes. And lifted weights. Can you give me a diet plan,and exercise i could do along the lines of weights, tredmill, crunches, floor exercises, but food i could actually have at my house? Not something i'm gonna have to have a shopping spree. My dance is also coming up and i want to look good in my dress. See i'm not really fat. I am a hard-core dancer so i have, so i have a lot of muscle in my thighs but "extra meat" on my arms (a lot) and my upper stomach and some on the lower. Please help me . I really want to do this!! <333333333

Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - IO found this GREAT site, for meal planning. It lets you pick the meal( breakfast,lunch etc.), then it has the food categories(fruits, grains etc.) for you to choose, and it gives how many calories are in each food that you choose and at that meal. It is AwEsOmE. The only foods it does'nt include is like pizza or stuff like hot pockets, which we really dont need anyways except for like an off day.

breakfeast i had a banana becuz i was rushing!! lunch i didnt get ANY because i had to go make up some finals because i was sick yesterday and i was tryin to get a water but the water was all out and tried gettin my money back but it wouldnt give it to me and they only had soda so i got a diet coke! and for dinner i think im just gonna have some soup!! eh! i hate today!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - OMG, I did Absolutely HORRIBLE today(Wednesday). At my school, well its very small- only 18-20 kids-and we have 'gatherings' about 2x a month. We had one today, cause two main ppl were retiring. They ordered catering from Donato's and it came with like 15- 16 pizzas and 9 sodas, which meant, basically, we had no limit. Well I dont know how I did there, I had four slices- but they cut their pizzas in rectangles, like four inches by 2 inches. Then we had a cake from publix I had an extremely small piece and 16 oz of pepsi. My school Grrrr, it's so tempting, not to mention we get Papa Johns pizza every friday. Anyways I had Oatmeal for breakfast, the party was my lunch, BUT for dinner I had 2 chilli cheese hotdogs, smothered in chilli, with about 4 cups of vanilla coke. I feel so bad, how can anyone ever get over a day like this? Probably 8,000 calories... :(
