Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200 - Ok I have p.e first hour in the morning so thats likes 40mins of exercise in the morning and then softball in the afternoon so whats like 2hrs there. Should I do like more exercise when I get home?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 200 - so today still sucked..... i went to get lunch and they were out of salad!! how in the heck did that happen!??? i didnt see anyone with salads! so i had a slice of pizza but i did sit ups when i got home...then for dinner i had shrimp and rice and water...yup... breakfeast i think i had something i just cant remember lol

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Yay today i danced, ran on the tredmill for 20 minutes, did 170 situps, 25 pushups and about to do weights. I ate life cereal, about 1/2 cup of pasta salad, a half a bagel and huge plate of chile.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 200 - ok so for dinner at freakin 5 o clock i had chicken with no skin, brocolli (im gettin tired of that vegetable) and half of a potato with lil butter and to drink i had water...it did NOT fill my tummy!! cuz i havent ate much at all today!!
