Ht. 5'6, Wt. 200 - so today still sucked..... i went to get lunch and they were out of salad!! how in the heck did that happen!??? i didnt see anyone with salads! so i had a slice of pizza but i did sit ups when i got home...then for dinner i had shrimp and rice and water...yup... breakfeast i think i had something i just cant remember lol

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Yay today i danced, ran on the tredmill for 20 minutes, did 170 situps, 25 pushups and about to do weights. I ate life cereal, about 1/2 cup of pasta salad, a half a bagel and huge plate of chile.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 200 - ok so for dinner at freakin 5 o clock i had chicken with no skin, brocolli (im gettin tired of that vegetable) and half of a potato with lil butter and to drink i had water...it did NOT fill my tummy!! cuz i havent ate much at all today!!

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. too depressing :'( - just looking over some of the message boards, it was so depressing to see people having crisises over a size or two.. especially when i need to lose like 150lbs.. im so glad people want to better themselves but im not sure people realize the impact of health and weight.. im a sophomore and recently, in class we started a project called fast food nation.. well we discussed how fast food affects our lives, then watched this movie called Supersize Me.. watch it and be prepared for a reality check.. before i always wanted to lose weight so people would like be but now i want to do it for myself, so ill like myself.. i have a food addiction, im a binge compulsive eater and this is my 1st time posting here.. it seems helpful and i hope it will help me but its going to be so hard.. i live with my mom, ...
