Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201. Goal: 160 - What kind of exersizes and diets have ya'll had success with?
So far I've just done DDR and cut out all the sugars.
I woke up this morning and weighed 201, when I last weighted my self like only two days ago weighed 205.
Any advice on activities or exersizes that are fun and you get success with? ^_^ thanks

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - I did well today! I ate 2 eggs(90 fat cal together) with 2 pieces whole wheat bread(30 fat call together) with jelly on them(+5 fat cal) 4 oreo cookies (not sure) Any1 know? white rice with string beans and 1 red potatoe with a pinch of butter? Is this good? I did 170 crunches, 30 push-ups and danced for like 15 minutes. Is this enough b/c it's snowing out...let me know...reply!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. start:165 now:150 - omg!..its like all the sudden 2day i got sick..i was feeling fine when i got up..but after i went 2 the store my throat started hurting and my nose started running..oh and im really tired..ugh

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 190 - hi, my name is Ashley. I have been overwieght for the majority of my life. I have tried to kepp high spirits but it gets hard when people say things that hurt your feelings. I love food there is no doubt about that but i also eat when i am stressed or my feelings are hurt, kinda like comfort i guess... i havent really tried any diets but I have stayed in the same wieght range without gaining more in the past few years... unfortunatly i gain back what i lose.. but i hope everyone reading this realizes that no matter how u are u cnt let urself b brought down by it... <33--AShley

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 188 - i went down two pounds in like 5 days =). i changed my diet and my portions and excersized. no food tastes better than this feeling!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 205. Goal: 160 - For a couple months now I've been trying to lose weight... I cut out all my sugars (soda, sweets, chips, etc). I usually have a bagel for breakfast with water, a small sub for lunch, and then whatever my mother cooks for dinner. I play DDR alot... all the time practically, I'm so addicted to it... but even though i've been exersizing and eating really healthly, I'm not losing anyweight at all... I want to be at 180 by the end of april... thats 25 pounds in three months... any advice? Please?
