Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - i am so fed up with my weight. all of my friends are like 120 pounds and are practically the same height as me. when i first came to the suburbs from living in the city i weighed 52 pounds, and at the time that was really underwight for my height, but after 6 years of living her i gained A LOT of weight and now i am very overweight. i am really unhappy with my weight. i am always telling my friend that i am so fat and she is so skinny. and she trys to make me happy by telling me i am not fat, even tho i know i am. ive been trying to lose weight for a long time. in december of 2004 i weighed 137 pounds and by july 2005 7 months later, i weight 156. i drink an excessive amount of water. it's literally the only thing i drink at the moment. sometimes i would drink 5 water bottles after i came home from school, plus 1 in the morning and 1 for lunch. i gave of chocolate, chips, snack cakes, candy, ice cream, and peanut butter for Lent last year, and i lost 5 pounds but i totally gained that all back when it ened. i want to lose at least 3 pounds before my 14th birthday which is in a couple of days, i hate shopping with my friends for clothes bc when i go in the dressing room, i have to come out and get a bigger size, meanwhile they were in a smaller size then i one i first chosen. im really serious right now about losing weight, and i can do it, i know i can!

How old were you when you were 52 lbs? 7,right? Well you needed to gain some weight since then. And, you may also be overweight because of genetics. I say you try to go for 130 lbs. by summer. You will probably look good in a bikini too! Just excersize 3-5 days a week for 20-40 mins. Also, stock up on healthy foods. Remember not to think about the big number, which is intimadating. Instead, set small goals and don't expect to see huge changes after only a smallamount of time! I hope this helps you out!
