Ht. 5"8, Wt. 170lbs - I need help. I'm fed up of not being able to by nice clothes because they will make me look fat, im fed up of looking in the mirror and hating what i see. Im fed up of being hungry all the time. Im fed up of going to school and being bullied. Can somone please help me and tell me a good diet they have been on and has been sucsessful? And can you always tell me a good way to stop me being hungry all the time?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - I was thinking of starting the Special-K challenge soon...of course i'm going to have snacks during the day to build up the calories, and exercise alot at night. I want to try it for a month to see how it goes. I'll probably start March 1st. Along with the two meals replaced by the special K what do you guys suggest for the third meal?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 220 - Man for two weeks I was doing good. Then yeaterday I ate everything. Chinese food, fried chicken, cake everything. It wasn't that I was binging and was that I kind of start thinking whats the point of me being on a diet. Everybody says that I am not big. and for some reason being at the weight I am. I really don't look big. I look like I'm like 165. But I know what the scale says and I know what I feel so I guess I just need to stay motivated and just keep going. It's hard though. I'm tryna lose like 50 pounds for the summer. So wish me good luck and good luck to ya'll!!!

I know i need to lose weight but i don't think that i stand out in a crowd because of it. im curvy, thats how i carry my weight. i want to lose weight for me, not to make him proud of how i look. im just so upset and dont know what to do. when i said i was done coat shopping he said we were going to look for sweat pants becuase i needed to work on joining a gym. any advice? Ht. 5'1, Wt. 190 - it sucks losing weight when you are sick. well, maybe it just sucks being sick. i tend to not eat when i am sick, because everything tastes like wood. only really sweet things taste good to me. my meals today have consisted of icecream and a muffin. health food. mmm. but its better than nothing, i suppose...
