Ht. 5'1, Wt. 190 - out of curiosity, isn't it true that if you dont have calories (food) in your system, you will naturally be hungry? so negative calories would never exactly content you, right? could you consider raw pasta negative calories? it takes forever to eat one straw of it...so long and with so much chewing that you never really get full off of it. so the calories would be negative. but not really filling at all. is that the correct definition of negative calories?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 210 - I just need someone to advise me on what to eat.I need no help with exercise because that is very easy for me. I'm very muscular, so my weight doesn't fit how I look, but I am still way to overweight. If someone could like just advise me on what to eat, like someone who has lost weight, I don't want tips, I want more. Like a personal chef who don't fix ya nothin, they just tell you what's good and what's not, etc. If you're interested and willing to help me out, and actually help me out, leave your email and I'll get in touch with you about helping me out.Remember, I don't just want tips. I want sort of like a weight loss buddy, who has already lost the weight, and can just be an advisor to me.Thanks.

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 190 - A liter of water burns about 50 calories. A regular water bottle burns 25. I thought that was interesting.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 201 - I am so excited cause I got my prom dress today, it's a size 14, and it fits perfecto!!! I was wanting to lose a bunch of more weight, but I am going to have to take my dress in a bit anyways, so I really shouldn't lose much more. I think my arms are a little big, so I really want to get them toned, and when I sit down, it's a tiny bit tight in the stomach, so I can lose weight there to. I know you can't spot reduce, but what are some ways I can tone up my arms and stomach without losing a bunch of weight??????

Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - HOW DID I DO? Today I had a sausage patty and two scrambled eggs with a piece of toast and 2% milk. For lunch when I got home I had a bowl of leftover homemade chicken noodle soup and a glass of pink lemonade (60 cals) for dinner i'm having pot roast (2 slices with diced potatos and mini carrots) with another 60 calorie glass of lemonade. And an hour after dinner i'm going to exercise until i burn around 600 calories, so how did i do, after dinner i usually have an apple, some chunked pineapple or an orange with water. HOW DID I DO?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 220 - This eating healthier is hard or diet whatever. Its like its hard to get you're body use to eating right when all you have ever ate was fattening food. I mean I have lost 25 punds but I not motivated at all can't afford to be buying fruit and veggies and healthy food every week. I have to depend on my mom and she don't wanna buy healthy things cause they eat everything opposite of healthy. I just really need some encouragement by some people that are going through something similiar or that have. Dieting is so hard. I mean I know i really wanna lose weight but its just so hard giving up fattening food when I'm a emotional eater. Good luck to everybody else!!!!!!!
