Don't wanna kno... - UGH This is getting so annoying I sit at a certain lunch table wit my friends an this girl is kinda one of em I guess but anyway she keeps asking me if I'm turnin anerxic or however it's spelled cause I don't eat lunch that much for the past few days and it's only because I haven't been hungry and my other friend keeps givin me weird looks about her because she doesn't eat lunch till she gets home unless shes hungry and we both think it's annoying...sorry had to get it out. -Montana

B-fast: cheerios w/ milk & a frozen banana; Lunch: A sandwhich on french bread w/ let. tom. olives. mustard. italian dressing. and ham., and I also had some peanuts and a slice of swiss cheese; Snack: a frozen banana; Dinner: 2 tacos w/ let. tom. avacado. beef. and salsa. Ht. 5'4, Wt. Bf.313 Af.148 - Hey Y'all! I just wanted to write because I haven't been on here in a while. I've lost 165 pounds! Woo-hoo! I'm so excited! I did it all with exersize and eating moderately. It's taken me about a year and a half. I feel so wonderful. I still want to lose about 13 pounds, after that i'm done! Wish me luck! Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - in school for gym we do this interval workout thing, and we get a partner and one goes at a time, the first round we run for 30 seconds and then our partner runs for the same, then we do 40 seconds then 50 seconds and 60 seconds, and then we play volleyball or European Hand-ball or what ever unit sport we are on. is this a good workout? i have gym 2nd period which is at 9:32, so i think i burn off my breakfast in that time, and i dont eat until lunch which i have 6th period at 12:24pm and then i come home, and during the day i am walking all around the school, going up and down stairs and stuff, but i still dont understand why i am not losing weight, because sometimes i dont get up on time so i take a banana to the bus stop and eat that for breakfast and for lunch i have a 100 calorie pack, a water bottle, and a light yogurt. plus i exercise before i go to bed. i guess it just takes a LONG time, but i want to become 130 pounds by the summer, and i hope i can do it by then.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 145 - Is there anything wrong with frozen bananas? I eat them a lot...they are sooo good! Just unpeel a banana and stick it in the fridge for 2-4 hours and then take it out and it's soooo good!

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 190 - hey girlies!(and i say that cause not many guys are on here) i need some advice/help. so as you can tell i am overweight and so i don't have the body or confidance to wear cute or flirty or even decent clothes. i usually wear jeans and a sweatshirt everyday. and i know that doesn't sound that bad but i live in california and because of that it gets hot so in the summers i am screwed. all of my friends love me and say that i am pretty and everything but because i am part of the "popular" group(i know weird...not many heavy people are) i feel like i am competing with all my friends for guys friends and approval cause everyone in a way looks at me and my friends. so please give some help on fast ways to lose weight or at least some ideas on what i could do for confidance, thanks so much <333

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 210 - Hey. Today for breakfest i had a REALLY small bowl of cheerios with no sugar, and barley any milk. I also had a few crackers. For lunch i had a ham sandwich on wheat and half an apple. I cant go outside and run cause it is FREEZING here, and i dont have membership to a gym, no workout videos or anything like a treadmill so what would you suggest doing =/ any critisicm on the food i ate would be awesome. thanks :]
