Ht. 5, Wt. dont wanna know - I managed to loose one pound in a week, but my goal was 2.5. I have been trying to take this one step at a time, one week at a time, but i always think: I'll just do it next week. Plus this was sadies week- so all i ate was candy! I think i might be loosing muscle and gaining fat because i havent worked out in like a week- is that possible? How do i stay disciplined and on track?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 198 jan 05 now178ish - god i seem to be putting weight on not losing it! i really need to i wana b 154 before i even look for my prom dess argh! new month new beginning i suppose! i've had a shock though! my bdy fat percentage is 31%!!! that soo bad and my waist is 34inch and my hips are 42 inch argh! im goin on a really strict diet from now on!! i need so much help ! my goal now is for inches - 30inch waist and 38inch hips wish me luck!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. ....... - Right now I feel so modivated. Okay I was on this website about half a year ago and lost like 10 pounds, I felt GREAT!!! BUT then I gained it back when school started...so I'm making a decision NOW! I felt so great about myself than, I wanna feel that way again. This is going to be hard but I know i'LL make it again. PLEASE wish me luck, It really shouldnt be that hard to lose 10 or 15 pounds again. BUT you know how it is, There are UPS and DOWNS! Sometimes I get all binging and I'll give it, I wont feel that bad about it as long as I know I'll go back on track.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. About 160ish - Hey everyone! Sorry long time no post for me I know! But my tests and such are done now. I was so busy I'm so happy it's over. I missed coming on here. Anyway when I left I was about 167 ish now i'm about 160 lbs. So I've still been dieting and that's a good thing! I'll try to help ppl and comment again like I used to. Just letting you all know I'm back! Good luck everyone!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 197 - i use to be skinny when i was younger. when i got to high school i noticed that i had gottin a bit bigger and i was okay with it cause i still was not fat. i went from a size 7 weighing about 120lbs to barly fitting in a size 13 at 198lbs in about a year. i cant find anything that works for me. i have stoped eating so much and watching what i eat and working out. i have gottin to the point that if i cant find something soon then im just going to stop eating all together. so if anyone knows anything that can help PPPPPLLLLLEEEEEESSSSSSEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!! TELL ME!!!!!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. dunno - ok everyone. do any of you know how to loose weight out of your mid section. i knlow there is not such thing as spot reducing but what are good exercise to get your tummy lean to see ur abs.

Ht. 5"3, Wt. Ughh - Hey Guys. I feel so depressed. I just want to be happy with myself. It's been so many years I keep trying to lose weight and I'm sick of it. I spend so many hours a day thinking about it and now I'm starting to fail school because of it. It's become a priority in my life and I still can't do it. I feel like such a failure.

breakfeast: i was sick in bed so nothing
lunch: chicken sandwich/cranberry juice
snack: nothing but cranberry juice
dinner: i have no idea yet!!

Ht. 5, Wt. dont wanna know - uggh i feel like crap. I was doing fine- walking for thirty minutes every day and i could actually feel a difference. then i went to latin convention...i binged, i binged, and i binged some more and managed to gain 1.5 pounds in TWO DAYS. is there something wrong with me? I have been trying to loose it but nothing seems to be working- my stomach must have expanded because I am never content any more. I drink at least 6 8 ounce glasses of water a day, but its not helping. I am going to start working out again tomorrow- i ran nearly a mile today ( or so I think... ) I really feel like crap and i wondered if i could do anything more to loose the extra weight i gained plus more to get to my goal weight. Any realistic ideas?
