Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - IO found this GREAT site, for meal planning. It lets you pick the meal( breakfast,lunch etc.), then it has the food categories(fruits, grains etc.) for you to choose, and it gives how many calories are in each food that you choose and at that meal. It is AwEsOmE. The only foods it does'nt include is like pizza or stuff like hot pockets, which we really dont need anyways except for like an off day.
