Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - Hello everyone!! I have just decided to change my "diet" plan drastically. For breakfast i'm going to have a nutri-grain bar and a piece of fruit with orange juice or milk, for lunch a granola bar an apple and water or a tyson chicken patty on a bun with a carton of milk (thats the lunchroom food). And for a dinner a big chicken salad with italian dressing and pink lemonade or regular lemonade. NO FAST FOOD at all if i can get out of eating it for dinner or w/e. ONE PROBLEM ABOUT THIS WEEKEND. My family is going out of town so I am going to have turkey sandwhiches on wheat bread and chips, HOW DOES ALL THIS SOUND??? please respond :)

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 202 - Hey guys, my cravings for sweet stuff and overeating went away, I figured out it was pms, haha!!! But now I am really motivated to lose weight and exercise and everything, I am just really scared that I won't lose very much, and I want to lose 35 pounds my may 5th, whick is about 14 weeks away. Do you think if I stay committed that I can do it????

Don't wanna kno.. - Holy crappp I have been eating horribly these past few days I have been home for two days and eat all junk an because I get bored and then my parents went to Idaho so I been eating junk while they were gone cause they wouldn't be here to cook dinner my sister bought pizza for us b4 she went to her boyfriends for the night and I have had three slices in PE I did tae bo or w/e and I'm not commentin on the rest of the food so I'll try and work on everything since my parents come back tonight and will be here soon so I'll try to cut out the junk and E X E R C I S E !!!!!!!!!!!! :) - Montana

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 193 - Hey all, I need you all to do me a huge favor. I know we can all lose weight, it's obvious we can.. just the motivation isnt there for me... along with a few others... Anyhow, I want to lose 8 pounds a month.. making me 24 pounds lighter March 21st... So in other words I wanna be 169 March 21st. But, I cant get the motivation I need.. I dunno why.. its like I worked my butt off to get to 193, I used to weigh 220.. and I feel so awesome for losing that much but the more you lose the harder it gets... So, I've been slacking off and eating candy :-o and pop and all sortsa stuff I dont need.. so I almost know if I quit that I'd lose my 8 pounds before Feb. 21st... I dunno! Ht. 5'9", Wt. 246 - Hey girls! I just stumbled on this and it seems like you guys are all really sweet and supportive. Anyway, I've been overweight all my life and there's only one thing i can say about it... it sucks. I've tried lots of diets, but I'm not motivated enough to stick with it. When the Atkins diet first came out, I tried it out,a nd stuck with it for a dew months, but just as i lost the weight, I started puttin it right back on.. so obviously that wasn't effective. I've been nagging my parents for a while to get an elliptical, (I go on them in the gym at school) because I have fun on them, and I really think I could do some serious exercise on it. I cut down how much I ate wayyy down, and over a few months I lost about 10 pounds. I was happy to see that, but it's not enough. What I really need is someone kicking me in the butt so I can get fat butt off the couch ;o)

Ht. 5'7, Wt. start:165 now:155 - omg!..i have had sooo many cravings 2day..it started at lunch where i really wanted some of my friends french fries..but i avoided that..then when i got home i really wanted something salty or sweet and i avoided that..and when i waz packing my lunch i really wanted some hot cheetos that were in the pantry so i had 2 of them..that seemed 2 satisfy that..now i dont know what i am craving but i just really want 2 eat something unhealthy!..2day has been the hardest day on my diet 4 some reason in the whole 4 weeks since ive been on it..but im proud of myself 4 2day even though i feel like i ate way 2 much..even though i really didnt...hopefully 2morrow it will be better!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 272 - I am new to this sight and would like some advice about starting to lose weight. I have tried losing weight before but could not stick with anything for long. I need something fun and interesting to do. Any suggestions? I am 272 pounds. I wasn't always this big, but 2 years ago I started getting homeschooled and since I wasn't doing as much as I used to the weight just poured on. As you can see I need some help.

well this is what i ate today.
im keepin a food journal on here hope y'all dont mind too much lol.
B- wheat toast with peanut butter and a minute made lemonade (the lemonade was 90 cals)
L- like 2 bites of steak cuz i was late for tennis
D- burger with lettuce wrapped around it instead of a bun with a diet coke
snack- 2 pears (throughout the day)

Ht. 5'8", Wt. um not sure - Hey Everyone! Ok tell me if this is weird. Like I've been doin pretty good trying to get back on track but I'm like petrified of the scale and I honestly don't know y. I'm afraid I guess if its higher then I would hope I'll just get depressed and eat ya know but then if I get my goal or what not I'll celebrate and think I'm invincible and that weight I lost will never come back. Ugh I just think I'm a lil bit crazy but I guess I just wanna big change and when I think I hit it then I'll weigh in. So am I nuts? LoL! *muahz*

Ht. 5"4, Wt. 145 - Well alright my true secret was working out! Think of it seriously! i watched what i ate aswell... if u have dance revolution this will be perfect for u! 3500 cals in a pound everyday try to work off about 1500..very tiring lol.also only weigh yourself ONCE a week. and remember when u have a craving just say to yourself "did i really work this hard this week just to throw it away on one piece of chocolate?(or w.e ur tempted to eat)believe me if i could do it then y'all can too! much love and good luck!
