Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - Hello everyone!! I have just decided to change my "diet" plan drastically. For breakfast i'm going to have a nutri-grain bar and a piece of fruit with orange juice or milk, for lunch a granola bar an apple and water or a tyson chicken patty on a bun with a carton of milk (thats the lunchroom food). And for a dinner a big chicken salad with italian dressing and pink lemonade or regular lemonade. NO FAST FOOD at all if i can get out of eating it for dinner or w/e. ONE PROBLEM ABOUT THIS WEEKEND. My family is going out of town so I am going to have turkey sandwhiches on wheat bread and chips, HOW DOES ALL THIS SOUND??? please respond :)

the one lunch with the chicken patty and milk u could have a little yougurt or fruit to go along with it

to strict ur gonna get bored every one in a while change it up and treat urself once a week to a sweet or some fries and not all fast food is bad like subway
