Ht. 5'7, Wt. start:165 now:155 - ok 2day..good day or bad day?
breakfast..half of light strawberry yogurt-50 cals
lunch-basically what i have everday..half of a pb&j on wheat bread with light jelly-70 cals, 6 saltine crackers-70 cals, sugar free jell0-10 cals, grapes-50 cals, and water so thats 200 cals for lunch
snack- light lays and some light dip-90 cals
dinner-half of a chicken parmesan-100 cals?, corn-50 cals?
half of a crousaunt dinner roll-40 cals? grapes-30 cals
milk-50 cals..so for dinner about 260 cals
dessert- a 100 cal cookie and some milk-140 cals
(note all milk is skim milk)
soo im thinking ive had about 850-900 cals 2day..good or bad?
oh and i worked out during softball practice and dont really feel like doing n e thing else 2day

Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - I have given up. I have fought with food since I was about 8. -And it has won. Unfortunately, food has defeated me. I do so good up unto I get home, then I have nothing to do but eat all evening and night, even the middle of the night. I am my own worst enemy- and food will prob be the death of me... Sry Ppl had to get this out..

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 154 - hi all im kinda moderatly obese which means chubby but im starting hi scool in august and i wanna lose 34 pounds of fat for hi scool. i eat healthy now and like excersis daily. and i do crunches weekly. im gonna tryout for mi scools dance team to see if it will help for workouts in the morning. does anyone on here use fitday. i do and it really helps cus it shows how much calories u burn and eat daily and helps you maintain ur weight goals. i eat between 1200-1300 calories daily. oh yeah and ive stopped eating cafeteria food cus its to fattening so now i take my own lunch of salad or vegies.

Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno.. - Today I ate a bagel wit cream cheese. Lunch I had a salad and bottle of water. PE we didn't do anything they taught us about the weight room my group will be in the weight room tomorrow so that's what I'll be doin durning PE... how did I do so far and I'm planin to only eat a little bit of dinner..

Ht. 5ft10, Wt. 200 and somthing - i hardly ate anything todasy becuase i haven;t had time. I've been dashing around so much! the things i have eaten have been quite bad and mainly contain bread with fatty things
for breakfast i had 2 slices of wholemeal toast(which I BURNT :( ) with penut butter but thats all gone now so i can;t have any more. and for a lunchy thing whjich was gobbed down becuase the bell went I had a whitre egg roll, and now it's 20 to 5 and i'm starving! dinner isn;t untill half past 6, will a couple of rice cakes do me any harm??

Ht. 5'6, Wt. was; 160 now;141 - i have lost lot of weight. i think?. my goal is to get some nice abs for the summer. i've been started to lose weight about 6 months ago. it's a pretty long time but it's woth it. the weight calculator thing from the web says that with a pound less i'll be in a healthy range. healthy is good. abs are better. my family says i look fine. and that i should stop worrying about weight loss. should i go down 10 more pound?????????????. you need a body fat % of 10 or less to get abs. i supposed to be a size 29 to be in that range and also get down to 123 punds. should i do it or should i stop. hhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllp pppllllllleeeaaassssseeee

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 125 - Over the summer i gained 15 pounds then with school starting and my parents working ive been eating sooo much fast food, i know i couldve made smarter choices but its been so hard betweent work and school ( I work at an Italian restaurant and get free food). I would like to lose 15-18 pounds by May. Is it possible? Should I be eating lower carb or lower fat? Any help would be really appreciated!

Ht. 5'9'', Wt. 170 - so in like a year i've gone from 230 to 170 ... so yay me! lol. but i'm so sick of exercising like i havent for about a month .. and i still have like 20 lbs to go. is there any really fun/quick workouts that you guys like? i need something i'll want to do! thanks
