Ht. 5, Wt. mmhmm - OK so breakfast= orange juice lunch= pepporoni sandwich, applesauce, m&m cookie snack= bagel chips (130 cals) dinner= pizz bread snack = bagel chips (130 cals) I didnt do so well today but i walked for twenty minutes. I havent lost or gained any weight since i started exercising FOUR days ago- not ever half a pound. What can I do to jumpstart my weight lose? I even drank 5 glasses of h20 today!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. around 170 - Hey Everyone! I don't know if neone remembers me or n ot but I used to come here all the time way back in the day, and to put it bluntly I really need to come back! My high for my weight is like 190 and after a lot of hard work I got it down to 155 last year and I've gained a butt load back! Its kinda depressing! LoL! Ht. 5 1, Wt. 160 - Im Praying! to lose 30 pounds by June...now thats not too bad but the thing is My big cardio workouts are going to start in Febuary and Im just going to do Light workouts until then(like crunches and weight lifting) I dont know if thats realistic 5 monthes 30 pounds...is that good?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. start:165 now:155 - ok im 3 weeks into my eating healthy and exercising..1st 2 weeks lost 10 lbs..now im losing very slowly..ugh..but i knew this would happen i am now down to 152..lost 3 more pounds in a little over a week..but maybe ill start losing faster again because of softball practice;) ~andrea~

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 167 - okay im confused. Ive been working otu everyday for the past three weeks and i was wondering why i havnt been losing as much weight as i should be. I'm eating healthy, and going up to the Rec Center for an hour and a half doing 15 minute bike, 25 minute elliptical and 15 minute arc trainer, and the rest of the time machines(like lifting and abs and stuff). Am i gaining muscle???? cuz id rather see the numbers go down than to honestly tone my body. i hope u guys understand what im trying to say. but yeh what do u think?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. start:165 now:155 - ok 2day..good day or bad day? breakfast..half of light strawberry yogurt-50 cals lunch-basically what i have everday..half of a pb&j on wheat bread with light jelly-70 cals, 6 saltine crackers-70 cals, sugar free jell0-10 cals, grapes-50 cals, and water so thats 200 cals for lunch snack- light lays and some light dip-90 cals dinner-half of a chicken parmesan-100 cals?, corn-50 cals? half of a crousaunt dinner roll-40 cals? grapes-30 cals milk-50 cals..so for dinner about 260 cals dessert- a 100 cal cookie and some milk-140 cals (note all milk is skim milk) soo im thinking ive had about 850-900 cals 2day..good or bad? oh and i worked out during softball practice and dont really feel like doing n e thing else 2day ~andrea~
