Ht. 5'2", Wt. - - i'm having a lot of trouble getting motivated..i mean i want to lose the weight but i just can't get myself to try. i'm pretty active in skiing, but that's my only winter sport. i rarely eat breakfast or lunch and usually only eat dinner. i always eat unhealthy snacks like m&ms, chips, pretzels, etc, etc. how can i get myself to change these bad habits and for once lose some weigght??

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 201 - Hey, I don't know if you all remember me from before, but I used to post alot on here, but then I left for a while. I am happy because since I joined bb's (which was in August) I have lost 16-19 pounds. The only thing is that I would like to lose the weight a bit faster, and I think the main reason I didn't lose faster is because I cheated on my diet ALOT and didn't work out very much. But I am trying to limit my calories to 1200 a day, and I work out for about 15 minutes every night. I just have a really hard time sticking to the eating. So does anyone have any tips for that and do you think I could lose 25-35 pounds by May 5th? (That's when my senior prom is)

Ht. 5'2", Wt. mmhmm - So today I didn't eat so great but I had a vbal tournament game and a vball practice, so I still lost one pound. My goal is to lose two more by thursday/friday...becasue I am going to Madison for Latin. Any ideas on ways to overcome my sweet tooth? Also, tomorrow, because we won our vball tournament, our coaches decided to have a dinner from 7:30-9:30. the problem is that for girl scouts I also have a meeting where they were planning on eating dinner, AND drivers ed where we were planning to order pizza. I am afraid I will loose control and willpower and eat three dinners- what should I do?

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 160 - I have been doing HORRIBLY horrible, But I need to lose 30 pounds!! At least By the summer I know I can Do it and I really really want to lose the weight but, I dont know whats wrong with me! I am soo out of shape and sofball starts in like 3 weeks!

Ht. 5'9'', Wt. 250 - Hey guys, Im new to this thing, but i love that theres a site like this that i can actually relate with people, just love it, anyways, I have this huge event at the end of this year, and i would love to lose all this weight, I have all of my freinds support, and my mom is always trying to do things with me, its a lil hfard to get started, but i think i can do it! Ht. 5'8, Wt. 198 jan 05 now 176 - right im gona post a recipe for people who've got sweet tooths. I made this recipe up earlier n i must say its yummy lol fairy cakes that are low in cals/fat/sugar and are healthy!
Instead of using white self raising flour use wholemeal
use castor sugar as normal
2 eggs
use a low fat marg thing
and add to the mixture 1 whole apple but chopped into sqaures of about 2cm of just chunks spread into mixture and stir so they spread evenly and then add 1 tablespoon rounded off og ground ginger and cook as normal this recipe also works with lemon rind aswell

Ht. 5"3, Wt. 165 - Omg... okay so ive been stayin at a friends house for a week and i ate fairly badly...but coz we were out all the time partying and walking to ppls houses i have lost 6 pounds in a week! like i was certain that i would of gained heapz...but seriously the key is to just go for heapz of walks and plenty of water...good luck

Ht. 5'3, Wt. ??? - omg'sh im so happy yesterday i ate mcdonalds and ate kinda really bad and i ran for idk how long and i listened to music and ran to every other song and i lost three pounds literally over night from doing this stuff its really great and im gonna try to up the amount of songs i run to every week and i workout on my ab-lounge everyday ohhh im so happy i ran for like more than 13 minutes today and then i am gonna run again and workout on my ab lounge again and then tomorrow im gonna do a dance video thats ridiculously hard but i think its awesome but thanks for reading this and wasting your time but i thought i would tell you so that you would know and you could try and see how it works for you and tell me at mandy_0172000@yahoo.com and if you have any ideas of cardio i could do inside without any machines that would be great so thanks and GREAT LUCK TO YA ALL (i know its supposed to be good luck but greats better than good so yeah):D:D
