Ht. 5'7", Wt. WAS:197 IS:183.5 - I just wanted to pop on and see how everyone else is doing :) Pretty good I see.
I can't believe it I have lost 13 1/2 pounds in 3 weeks!! And I haven't been excercising! (Althought as soon as it stops getting dark at 5 I have to run 2 miles daily lol)

Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - Yesterday I left a depressed post about given up. Wel Today I feel os much better. My parents said they are going to help me out. My mom said she is going to make me an eating plan, and my dad say he is going to help me with the exercising. I am so excited that there are people behind me and willing to devote their time to help me become healthier.....Well anyways-

Ht. 5f2, Wt. 229 - Hey my name is Beverly and i weigh 229 which i preety much surprise im hea to tell everyone is ur posts gave me hope im planin to work out 2hrs through mon-fri and 3-hrs sat n sun 2hrs per day im startin on a veg diet and im gona drink water m green tea which is vry gud 4a diet i guess the reason why i gain so much was my dad passing away in my 10th grade yr which resulted in me eating 1nce a day and falling grades and held back in my junior yr.:( but now i work twice as hard last yr and put back in my junior yr :) the point is u are gona go through sum rough times and never ever give up! Ht. 5'6ish?, Wt. Blah. - Ok, I bought The Biggest Loser Workout and I TOTALLY reccomend it...it has two inspirational stories on it and you can customize your own workout. Plus,it's fun! And Bob is really cool in it...he pushes you..I just love it. It was cheap too...only 9.95 or something like that...so if you want some new workout...try that!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - Hey all, I've been doing great on my new diet I really dont like the word diet but w/e lol. I've lost aprox. 7 pounds and i'm only three pounds away from my goal of this month. Problem is I just got out of a school early (we are taking midterms) and I asked my dad to take me to McDonalds, so I had a McChicken and a medium fry, and now I feel really bad. I hope this doesn't push me back further from my goal. I have 3 more pounds to lose before my set deadline of January 31st. Do you think I will gain because of this? Because after i digest this food i'm going to play DDR (dance dance revolution) reply please :)

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 128 - this was my day BREAKFAST= 1 1/2 of kashi with 1/2 cup of skim milk MID MORN SNACK= fruit leather LUNCH= kahi bar, nonfat yogurt, fruitleather AFTERNOON SNACK =apple DINNER= turkey loaf, baked patato , and green beans. so how did i do i'll probalby have some frozen strawberries later on
